Customer Support was very knowledgeable and helpful and advised me which alternative replacement net would fit my outdoor Kettler table tennis table which I also bought from them way back in 2014 (Kettler no longer manufacture table tennis equipment).

They are real people and they help you through the ordering process, I have a full size table from them, and it's 8 yrs old now and still great, outside in all weathers, I have had to buy 2 new nets but even that is mot bad at all. Could not be more friendly and polite, very patient also
