Best customer service I've ever had
Ordered a butterfly outdoor table primarily for fun with family but had a few questions on which model to go for.
Initially email response was quick, within 15 minutes and then they recommended I call for further advice. I called and was greeted by a very friendly person who took time to understand what I was doing. Happily he shared the benefits of each table but importantly did not try to upsell in any way.
Once I'd decided they were able to quickly make the order which arrived in 3 days on a Saturday by 2 man delivery.
Further the delivery company they used were punctual and very friendly also I couldn't fault them.
In a world where most of our shopping is done in an impersonal way online, this was a breath of a fresh air and I wish trustpilot would let me give them more stars because it was without question the best customer experience I've had from any company in a long time.

Gallant Knight Mini Scorers - Great Value
We purchased 12 Gallant Knight Mini Scorers for our 6 Edinburgh league TT teams.
These compact scorers are well made, robust and inexpensive - it looks like they will survive for much longer than the more costly full size scorers we have had over the years.
These are highly recommended and were delivered very quickly after our orders were place.

We have had our table tennis table kept outside for years and the wheels had gone brittle. The replacements arrived very quickly and were very easy to fit. I chased as I wanted them by the weekend and the team made sure this happened. Great service and very friendly staff.
