The delivery was really poor. I was wondering where the tea was and checked the tracking link for Royal Mail. It said that they had delivered to "my safe space" as I was out on 3/12/25, 2 days ago. I... See more

Back in 2006 the world of whole-leaf tea was boring, stuffy and outdated. Meanwhile, cool things were happening in the world of coffee. We saw the opportunity to get everyone drinking real tea again! And by real we mean big leaf and big on flavour. So, in November 2006 teapigs was born. Our mission today is the same as it was back in 2006: to get everyone drinking top quality, whole-leaf, great tasting tea - and to do business a bit differently while we're at it. All natural. No nasties. BIG leaf = BIG flavour. Simple!

A few of my tea satchels broke open and I reached out to the Teapigs team to see if I was being too rough or perhaps got an odd batch. Kira responded to my email literally in about 10 minutes and was so thoughtful and kind! I sent her a picture of my package so she could reach out to the manufacturer and get team will be sending me a replacement. Lovely people, great tea and even better customer service, thanks Kira!
The service given has been prompt, helpful and as needed. Couldn't ask for any better.

I can’t believe you charged me £5 for one teabag.
I was under the impression I was being charged £1 for a sample. You have taken £5 from my bank account.
Daylight robbery. At least Turpin wore a mask.

My main problem was when trying to very carefully take the paper tab off the bag, so you can get it over the cup, it made a hole in. On 3 bags! I only purchased 6 to try and had to pay £4 shipping. So I've paid £10 for 3 teabags. Not happy

Just opened our last bulk purchase of the Mint temples and there is loose tea in the box we opened so checked all of the bags and 70% of them are split.
Sadly to say after year and years of being a loyal customer we are ABSOLUTELY disappointed in the quality of tea pigs manufacturing quality.
We have had quality issues with the last 3 orders.
It’s time we searched for a different company to supply our tea.
After talking to the manager he advised me that “no one else is having this issue (I forwarded him one of the customer service email that said they where having issues with the product and where moving production in house as of September and we would have to wait until then for replacements.
ARE TeaPigs allowed to sell known faulty products ?
Yours totally let down
We can happily say Tea Pigs have finally moved production in-house and the issue is now sorted 👍
Shame we had to waist so much time and money

The Tea itself is first class; no complaints at all, however...
You sent me a "3 for 2" offer, which I took advantage of. whilst using the code you gave me did discount my order for one pack, this took my total order below the free delivery limit and so I had to pay postage, which somewhat dilutes your offer.
What's made me really cross though, is the fact that despite me paying for postage, it's taken 6 days for you to even despatch my order. That's *very* poor service

I forgot to add the discount code so went back in to edit my order but you have still charged me the full price. No 3for2 discount. Disappointing!!

Very happy with my order and the correspondence with Kira, above and beyond. Amazing customer service and I absolutely love their Tea bags. I also love that they support The Point Foundation which I had heard of before.

I love the mystery boxes they now sell and the redbush range is really tasty.
I’ve been regularly buying peppermint tea pigs for a number of years. In recent months, I’ve found the tea pig pyramids to be of a lower quality; at least two in any one pack would have a split down the seam rendering them useless (or they would tear when trying to gently peel the string from the bag). I messaged Tea Pigs via their website in early November 2024 with photographic evidence of three split pyramids from the same pack, but have not had the courtesy of a response. Needless to say, I won’t be buying this brand anymore.
Best quality tea eva ❤️ a little more expensive but you pay for quality. Out of this world customer service👍, i would recommend to all my freinds and family. Love love love this company❤️.So kind and understanding really appreciated all your help. Thankyou Tea Pig Team merry Christmas 🎄❤️🎄❤️🎄 and happy new year 🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾
Always loved Teapigs, great range of flavours, the 6 flavour Christmas selection was always a fixture for us in the holiday season, with chilli chai a particular favourite. I don't know what's happened during 2024 - perhaps they are struggling in the current situation - but they have dropped a bunch of flavours and the offering is now very ho hum. First year we haven't ordered since 2009.

Ordered a small pack of green tea on the 2/12. Website said 1-2 days. 10 days on and tea still not received. Customer support just told me what tracking said and offered me a whopping 10% off next order. Less than impressed.

Absolutely love these teas, which I never would have come across if it hadn't of been given as a freebie to our offices in Tanfield, Edinburgh.
The everyday brew is fantastic and a great mix of the 3 black teas. I intend to go and try some others.

I love the earl grey tea bags, but the review is for the postage cost of £4. There is no way it costs £4 to bulk send orders. I find this really disappointing, so much so that after this order, I will be purchasing elsewhere.

I love Teapigs, I order a big box every few months and their Mao Feng is my go to drink every morning. I wish more cafes stocked their green teas as some of the dust filled bags in a lot of cafes are dreadful!

I love your tea but many bags a broken or have small holes in and leaves leak into the cup. This was problematic with your happy tea as all the bags were defective. Also on my last delivery, some of the camomile bags also leaked leaves. It's a shame but not the end of the world. Ive ordered more camomile (it's wonderful tea) so hoping for a better result!
