Nothing was a problem. Ordering was easy as the website is great with helpful videos. Unfortunately though my bike was beautifully packed it did arrive with a dented mudguard but Temple replaced it without any quibble at all. So no worries there.
My bike is so pretty and I get compliments every time I go out.

Fast delivery and excellent products. I Built up two frame sets into quite different road bikes. Very pleased with the results.

Just wanted to make a fair assessment of Temple. Positives first. Temple has a Great British design and manufacturing at its core. I am happy to pay a premium when the quality is excellent, as was my purchase. Delivery was quick, especially considering the fact bikes are often made to order.
However, the +ves stop there. I didn't receive the Brooks saddle, handmade in the UK, and still haven't got it. I first messaged Temple on Facebook, which was smooth and got a rapid response the same day. Sent proof of my issue, and they said they would send the saddle in days. From this point on I received and heard nothing from Temple. They didn't send the saddle and stopped replying to messages and new emails. So after 2 months, I took matters into my own hands. I filed for a refund with my credit provider. After they heard nothing from Temple, they simply issued the £85 refund. I will be curious to see if Temple just leaves it at that. Otherwise, the fantastic bike and experience let down a little.

The online purchase experience with Temple was seamless. And I received the products in perfect condition right at my doorstep here in Mumbai.

The bike is great. Very stylish but more importantly rides well. I can imagine it being the last bike I buy (but then again I do like buying bikes so...) The staff in the Brick Lane store were super helpful and I unexpectedly bought a bike on the spot - I had been under the impression that Temple only sold bikes online but I was wrong

Absolutely excellent service, bike ready to ride from box. Great price for such a quality product. Design and looks so classy, so will get a qaulity lock and never leave it out of my sight. I’ve got the mustard coloured one, timeless and classic. Delivery time , ridiculously good and no problems at all unboxing. Welcome pack a nice touch, and love all the accessories, mudguards look great and g go it really well.

I’m not usually a ‘review leaver’ but Temple have surpassed all my expectations so I feel compelled to do so! The bike itself is amazing; looks even better in real life. I’ve a number of bikes in the stable, but the one that puts a massive smile on my face is my late 1970’s steel framed friction down tube shifters - full on retro! To have the retro vibe wrapped up in modern components was a real winner for me ( I went for the Classic Tour). However, be assured this is no form over function ‘trying too hard’ package. The bike itself is a fantastic bit of quality functional kit. Not high end components, but solid enough and easily (and fairly cheaply) replaceable. Couple this with great customer service (thanks Izzy!) and the overall package is great. Good to be supporting a small UK based company that seem to really care about their product. If you’re hesitating then go for it - you won’t be disappointed.

I've had the bike several days now and I've done about 45 miles.
All was delivered in good order and the build quality of the bike seems high to me in every respect. The bike rides nicely and feels good on the road; the gear change being particularly smooth and completely reliable.
I use my bike for daily transport and I am not a racer or club cyclist. The saddle looks good but it is quite hard; perhaps I'll get used to this but if not I still have the softer one from my last bike. The lowest gear is not quite low enough in my opinion for the short but steep Cornish hills but I can live with this.
Overall it is a very good product and it is a pleasure for me to buy such a thing that was made in Britain.

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. I arranged a test ride at the Bristol workshop where I was met by Izzy who was incredibly welcoming and so knowledgeable. Following my ride, we talked through my requirements and Izzy generated the quote there and then for an Adventure Disc 2. I was looking to use my Bike to Work scheme and she helped with my questions. From my test ride to applying for my bike scheme voucher to placing the order and collecting my bike was six working days!!! Incredible. I love, love my bike. It feels the most stable bike I’ve ever ridden, it’s smooth, it’s fast, it handles like a dream and it has the best yellow frame and black trim which makes me smile every time. This bike was at the top of my budget and I had thought long and hard about purchasing. I am so glad that I have because this will bring me adventures and joy for years safe in the knowledge that it is well designed and well built. A Temple Cycle is an investment and such beautiful clean lines are timeless classics. If you are undecided, go and have a test ride if you can.

Good company to deal with. Would be five stars if they were able to be contacted by phone. I bought an Adventure Disc 1 recently and instead of emailing, it would have been good to physically chat. However, Izzy was very responsive on emails and delivery was prompt and efficient. Looking forward to the bike being as good as the company (and most reviewers) actually say.

My Temple Cycle (Adventure Disc 3 ) is everthing I was hoping for. It is a good all rounder. Fast on the road but can also cope well with muddy tracks and puddles. Delivery was within 2 weeks and was secure. Temple responded to my email query very quickly.
