Dreadful and dishonest company
Dreadful and dishonest company. When I signed up many years ago, the deal very clearly and unambiguously included unlimited amendments to my will, forever. I still have the welcome emails to prove it. But they now want to charge a lot of money for amendments, and they simply lie about the terms of the original deal, which I still have in writing from them, and quoted back to them! Such barefaced dishonesty and lack of ethics. Horrible. Go anywhere else, but not this company. If you read the reviews, you'll find other people who have had exactly the same experience as me at the hands of this company.

Update after company's reply. The company is still maintaining the fiction that they never offered unlimited amendments, which was very clearly part of the deal that I signed up to. Here is a quote from my welcome email from them when I signed up in 2009.
"You can amend and re-print your Will and/or LPA an UNLIMITED number of times free of charge."
I am not sending the company any personal identifying information in this review, which they have asked me for, because I simply don't trust them any more. I did previously work with their customer services, some months ago, to try to resolve this, but they just flatly denied that they had ever offered unlimited updates - so untruthful, I'm flabergasted. You'll see from my other reviews on here that I don't make a habit of leaving bad reviews for companies!

Our Terms and Conditions of sale incorporate the supply of documents on the date of sale, at the advertised price on the date of sale.
Additionally, all Customers automatically have an account created for them, which they can delete if they wish, but if they keep it then they are able to make revisions, and create new documents, subject to the prevailing prices and terms of sale on the date of the revision.
Currently, re-writes are free for 60 days after purchase (with no limit to the number of revisions), and thereafter returning Customers receive a 20% discount on the purchase of revised documents (which re-sets the 60-day counter). This is at least as good as anywhere else on the market.
We are sorry that the above does not align with your expectations, and we request that you supply us with enough information to be able to identify (a) your account and (b) the complaint you say you made - and thus investigate the way in which you were dealt with by our Customer Service team.
Whatever the outcome of that investigation, we will adjust your account so that you can update your documents free of charge.
Great service
We wanted to redo our wills to include a protective property trust. We had so many questions re this, and other queries from our previous will, but all of them were answered very quickly and clearly. Everytime we asked them to change something, we were able to see how it looked and read in the summary of our mirror wills, before paying and creating them. We can’t fault the service we were given and so much cheaper than going to see a solicitor .As returning customers we also got 20% discount.
