The place smelt very Smokey
The place smelt very Smokey. Found it difficult to breathe after a while. Not many bowling balls to use. Sharing 6 balls between 2 families. Machines not taking coins properly. A few machines were not working. The place needs a good clean/a very deep clean. The venue has a lot more potential. I have given 3 stars as my children enjoyed themselves.

Had a pretty easy check in and when our lane broke was quickly fixed. Only real problem was waiting for our prizes

Awful experience - horrible place
Honestly awful , lane kept breaking , food and spilt drinks everywhere - no one to tidy up before you get to the lane - when ask for it to be cleaned get told to clean up ourselves .
Wait 1 hour for a drink to arrive - honestly I have wasted £50 of my money booking this as could not even have a proper game - highly disappointing- managers there don’t seem to care either

The bowling was good, but food awful
The bowling was good. But the food is very dry and has no taste.
The toilets were filthy and a mess.
The only good thing is the price for 2 games is good, as bowling is expensive otherwise.

On time but when we got to our alley there was food on the seat and drinks on the table from the previous bowlers so I had to walk around to find someone to come and clean it up .

We felt very rushed to finish our games, with staff reminding us TWICE of our “30 minute slot” which for two games is a little ridiculous. What happenes if someone needs toilet etc ? Not to mention the people stood and stared as they waited for us to finish our games
