I had made an error when booking online, the guy that booked us in was very understanding & helpful.
He kindly amended the booking & we had a lovely time with the family bowling.
The bar staff were also all very friendly.
The only let down was the young security card who would not let me leave until i threw my can of coke into the dustbin.
He stood in front of my path & would not move, it was an embarrassing situation as other customers were staring at what was going. When I asked why i couldn’t take my drink with me he went on to say that in recent days there had been a huge fight in the car park.
I totally understand what is best for customers safety but his whole demeanour & delivery was awful.

Bowling was fine but the Arcade was expensive my daughter and friend spent £20 on the machines to get tickets to end up with 1 Refresher bar between them which would cost 25p in a shop and the Teddy bear claw machine just drops the teddy bear back down when ever it feels like it I was told the machines is set to pay out after so many times but it has no stickers on saying it is a gambling machine

Clean, fun, everything worked, food was good enough, service good, employees polite. Not quite enough small balls available, and it is crazily expensive!!

Excellent visit. Plenty of parking. We got on our lane at our allotted slot. It was lovely and busy so good atmosphere. Staff are always so helpful and polite. Enjoyed a drink from the bar too.

All good apart from the food we queued for ages and then we were given a menu and had to queue AGAIN to order the food. More readily available menus needed for people queuing to order. Also the drink was huge but the food small and not worth the money. Staff very helpful though and polite.

Very helpful staff as I have not been for a long time

It was good fun. It was a treat for our grandson. I do find things expensive (drinks and food ). Not sure how families can afford it. By the time we paid for two games and had a couple of drinks, you are talking 60/70 pounds for a couple of hours.

We had a really fun time. It’s not the cheapest place in the world to visit but good on a rainy day. We bowled and the took advantage of the karaoke offer of 30 mins for £10. Great fun.
