We liked the venue
We liked the venue. The check-in was easy and quick. After a couple of rounds our feeding machine broke down. We noticed the staff about the problem but we waited 5-10 minutes and nobody came. Then we had to tell again when someone came around and fixed the machine in minutes. All in all was a good evening. Staff should react bit better on problems.

Staff were friendly
Staff were friendly. Good selection of bowling balls. Nice to have table tennis and air hockey too. The pool tables were expensive.

We had special needs and needed a quieter lane, the lady at reception sorted out the ideal lane for us as a family and we had a good time bowling

Great place to bowl
The refurbishment at the centre means this is a great place to go. The atmosphere was good and the bowling was great. The arcade was good fun afterwards but just missing a 2p machine
