Not a great visit to Tenpin
Not a great visit to Tenpin. We spent 20 minutes waiting for a staff member to fix a ball jam, which is a long time to sit around doing nothing. Our pre-ordered food was also incredibly late, arriving at the very end of our session, and the burgers were cold by the time they reached us. Frustrating experience all around.

Excellent service
The staff were friendly, helpful and polite making sure we new how to set up the scoring console and did explain it. Both the reception and bar ladies are always polite and friendly.

Wonderful service went the extra mile
Took my daughter there for a birthday..we didn't book a party was just the four of us..other parties were there and the staff were doing balloon animals..I asked if my daughter could have one and the lovely staff member was more than happy to make her a balloon dog..my daughter was thrilled..later the same staff member was giving birthday shout outs to the kids who had parties booked..for reference my daughter has autism and was visibly distressed not to hear her name..so I asked the lovely staff girl again and explained and she gave my daughter a lovely birthday shout out..outstanding service..a human service which goes a long way for families especially who have kids with additional needs..fab staff member and fab environment.. recommend to anyone looking looking for family and friends fun 😊

We are had a fab time at laser tag, good fun and the member of staff was really helpful and added to the whole experience.

The place was filthy
The place was filthy.
Tables covered in empty glasses and food baskets. An hour after we had finished our food our dishes was still sat on the dirty table.
The floor was covered in rubbish.
The toilets was disgusting. The smell of urine was overwhelming, bins overflowed most cubicles.
The food was terrible.
We had burgers and a childrens chicken nugget meal.
The burger meat & nuggets was over cooked, dry and hard.
Staff was very unhelpful and left the impression they didn’t want to be there, I complained and then seen staff members talking and pointing over at me and my children. It was very uncomfortable.
The security guard on shift was a young male who was either walking around laughing on his mobile phone or staring at my very pretty 15yr old daughter.
Our night out was ruined and cut short due to needing to find alternate food and toilets.

I ordered food from the app
I ordered food from the app, it changed back to the first one on the list so I lost the money, I had to order and pay again, the food for the table took almost 40mins to arrive and was luke warm
