Good clean venue everything worked ok. Although it was a daytime visit only 2 staff on made waits longer and the staff looked harassed.

Bowling party
We had a party here and it was really good. Staff were extremely helpful and it ran smoothly. Most importantly kids had a great time.

Irritating, too hot, fix music player.
Music was so annoying they played the same 3 songs 3 times in a row throughout the whole day. Very irritating to my autistic child. The bowling alley we played glitched out and the pins and the board back there got stuck. It was far too hot in there. You need some AC especially with that many bodies in 1 place.

Bubbly atmosphere
The atmosphere was nice. Many activities and games to choose from. Laser tagging with the guys was nice and karaoke was a blast. Warm and nice attendance from staff.

Birthday Bowling Bash
Our Party of 8 had a very good time at Tenpin Bowling.All the staff were friendly & helpful and there was a good atmosphere.The only slight negative was the queueing/length of time it took to get a drink but that did not detract from the experience we had.

It was great
The bar was very very busy but you could order table service via qr code and we waited 10 mins for our drinks which was very impressive considering how busy they were. Also the timings were perfect, the alley was ready on time and it was very clean and really good :) staff were lovely. Way cheaper to book online and see what special offers they have on for that day.

Angry Manager
The welcome and the bowling was fine. As was the drinks and food service however when it came to a quick go in the arcades after, it was terrible.
There were no 10p’s in the change machine so I asked a member of staff if we could get some. She said that the manager would need to fill up the machine and she would ask him to do it. After 25 mins waiting at the machine there was no sign so I wandered around d the arcade looking for them.
He was busy dealing with multiple customers who seemed to have also been waiting a while. I decided to give up and not approach him as he was visibly frustrated.
I put a £1 in the air hockey game for my kids and no ‘disk’ came out to play with. I asked a member of staff who eventually came and got a disk out that was trapped in the machine. However by this point the time had run out on the machine :-( I asked a member of staff for another credit who said ‘ I’ll ask my manager, but he’s not going to like it’.
Seems both customers and staff are afraid of this manager. Mid forties with a midlands accent.
I won’t be returning.
