The welcome and the bowling was fine. As was the drinks and food service however when it came to a quick go in the arcades after, it was terrible.
There were no 10p’s in the change machine so I asked a member of staff if we could get some. She said that the manager would need to fill up the machine and she would ask him to do it. After 25 mins waiting at the machine there was no sign so I wandered around d the arcade looking for them.
He was busy dealing with multiple customers who seemed to have also been waiting a while. I decided to give up and not approach him as he was visibly frustrated.
I put a £1 in the air hockey game for my kids and no ‘disk’ came out to play with. I asked a member of staff who eventually came and got a disk out that was trapped in the machine. However by this point the time had run out on the machine :-( I asked a member of staff for another credit who said ‘ I’ll ask my manager, but he’s not going to like it’.
Seems both customers and staff are afraid of this manager. Mid forties with a midlands accent.
I won’t be returning.

I’ve got there for 2:45 I was informed. I’m half an hour late until I found my receipt and the receipt said 3 o’clock. and they told me it must be a computer problem before the manager was telling me I would have to move off lanes for other people. because I’m late. no apology

Great fun for all ages
Great fun for all ages. Just had a brilliant few hours with bowling, air hockey and pool, not to mention arcade games. Staff very friendly and warm welcome

The Centre was really accomadating and flexible with my group. They responded quickly as they could when we had issues on the lane. The group had a fab evening. Thank you.

Wouldn’t rush to go again…
We booked as a family for our daughters 19th birthday treat staff was pleasant for checking in but what a strange set up u check in right on top of the bar the queues were chaos 3 people stood at check in desk but only one serving customers where as the bar had no staff for several minutes whilst I appreciate it’s a Saturday and would be busy it was bedlam and although all the lanes weren’t being used they crammed you all in ontop of one another so you couldn’t communicate for the blaring loud music and screaming teenagers and drunk adults sadly the new lay out does not work at all machines ontop of bowling lanes no organisation at all

Otherwise the experience was okay.
Machines kept eating my coins and not working and staff always had a horrible attitude when we ask them to fix or check out the issue.

Really fun time bowling
Really fun time bowling, 7 of us as celebrating youngest birthday. The only negatives i would say would be the bar service. Lot of people behind bar but only 1 serving and was a very busy evening. Ladies toilets were also incredibly smelly. Apart from that had a fun evening
