Booked spur of the moment for me and my son bank holiday Monday, arrived a little earlier than we needed so we thought we would get a coffee and a can of pop and chill to which the last said world you like to go on now? We said yes that very much, lovely young lady on reception, grabbed a coffee and a slushie for my son and the guy who served us was very friendly and helpful. We played our games of bowling and then went to have a bruise in the arcade, what I would day is the only disappointment was the fact that some games my son wanted to play were cash only and I rarely take cash now some however were card and that did keep him amused still. Overall we would definitely go again.

Birthday party at lasr tag
My son had his birthday party at laser tag at Tenpin and I cannot praise the place and the staff enough. All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make it as special as possible for my son and his friends. The experience they had was amazing and they all loved it. Thank you

Plenty of activities for both children…
Plenty of activities for both children and Adults... The staff are always friendly, professional and go out of their way to look after their guests.
The only two small issues I would highlight with this venue is the food and drink are a little expensive for what you're getting... Plus there are no places to charge your phone so if Dad wanted to relax and catch up with friends etc while the children run around and spend his money then it would be handy to have somewhere to charge up during his visit.
Otherwise, everything else is spot on... Keep up the good work
Ps. A loyalty scheme might be good to build points and earn rewards for regular visits 🤔

A little bit expensive for a family of 3 when locally there are cheaper venues for bowling.

Arrived at the allocated time, table was not ready, was told this was because a previous party had not vacated the table yet which we accepted however the actual party was due to start laser tag at 12 but a previous party were still in there until 12.20, communication was poor, I had to keep asking what was happening, was told it was because there were back to back parties however the first party started at 10 and they last on average 90 mins to 2 hours, if you cannot accommodate back to back parties then they should not be offered. Had twelve 9 year olds to try and entertain for nearly 40 mins! They did later offer us 6 free games as an apology however I don’t think we will be back. The kids did enjoy the actual party once it got started!

Great Easter holiday offers
Great place for kids, lots to do, very loud 🤣 clean, staff were lovely, great drinks selection. Really enjoyed the karaoke. Food was not the best, toilet smelt unpleasant, disappointed there was no hand gel points.

Order the food if your on a diet.
Everything was great, staff, entertainment etc. All fell apart when we ordered food. Party of 4 & the food was very poor, because I was the one that paid for food, members of my party were embarrassed when I mentioned I can send it back. Ruined the evening unfortunately.

Pleasant enough but won’t return.
Although our visit was pleasant, we did encounter a rather large group of very rowdy teens, foul language and disrespectful behaviour towards each other and their surrounds, this was quite intimidating for my 10 year old and staff had no intention of even asking them to be mindful of younger children around them. For that reason alone I will give only a 3 star review. Did not stay for a second game as I wasn’t overly joyed with my experience.
