Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

The food was disappointing.
Arcade was expensive winning tickets for small prizes. Not much for kids to play on to win tickets.

I booked a kareoke party for my daughter .
After an hour the karoke was turned off so we vacated assuming it was time for the food as had no direction of what to do. I sat the girls down at a free table as there was no reserved space, to be approached by a member of staff saying that we had another 30 mins in the booth. I explained that the kareoke had turned off so we may as well have the food. The pizza ls that were served were disgusting, they had obviously been sat for a long time as they were cold and solid and one was burnt to a crisp, this one I returned. On top of that i asked for juice for the girls at the party and was charged £7.50 for them. A drink would be a small expectationsl to be included in a "party" Overall i was extremly dissapointed and will not be booking a party with ten pin in the future

It was a truly magical place
It was a truly magical place, the vibe was right on and all my pals agree that this place tenpin was the place to be.
Also the pizza was top notch and tge staff were friendly and welcoming

Great Bowling Day
We have been visiting here for a few years now and always had a great experience every time. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facilities are fantastic especially after the recent refit. The value for money is second to none in the area it is still the best and cheapest by far, also has free parking. Would thoroughly recommend a visit if you are thinking of a day out.

Enjoyable day out
Took my son and his best friend for an afternoon together and we had a great time two games and a slushy each wasn’t too expensive but was great fun 🤩

Our alley was already for our arrival it was easy to set up the lane on the computer.
It was very busy so glad we booked ahead.

Enjoyable experience
Very easy to book online. Reception staff helpful, bowling Lane worked well. Being a Saturday afternoon it was very noisy but to be expected. We and our 4 year old grandson enjoyed and will be back.

Cleaning care
My friends and I played a few games and had fun,it was good but most of the tables were full of empty glasses and food leftovers so it looked quite dirty and it stayed like that for hours,in the conditions where that particular venue wasn’t busy (Wednesday evening)

Slow service , overall good night
The evening was good , and the bowling was a fun activity however its on 4 stars due to having to wait 20 min for a drink after i ordered it on the qr code on the aisle we ended up finishing both games of bowling before it arrived

We have been quite a few times since the refurb and have enjoyed it.
We have another booking coming up too.
The team and management seem to really be trying.
The toilets are a huge improvement.

fairly disappointing
We went there with 10 people, had to wait at the reception about 15 minutes because, as the member of staff told me: one of the lane had technical issues, they are trying to fix them. There were other lanes available but they wanted to make sure we will have tho originally assigned once. Which is fine, busy day. We could wait. After started playing one of the lane kept breaking down. The staff tried to “fix” it. It broke anyways. Half of the group had to relocate to a different lane and start all over. Which is great. They could play what we paid for, but we got there together yet finished different times, because of the issues. Some of us ordered drinks and had to wait about 30 minutes to be served. It was Sunday and very busy but the place is always packed , so they could plan for that. Overall it was fairly disappointing.
