I received a dirty, damaged product, without packaging, without original tags, with the inner tag torn off. Also wrong size. I do not recommend it, it was my first and last purchase.

I placed an order through the Terranova website. I waited over 20 days for delivery. I did not receive a receipt or invoice. Just nothing! Some of the clothes i received were without tags. I wanted to send them back but i can't because i don't have receipt. The points from my last purchase I made for 83 euros were not transferred to my WE CARD. Clumsy bad communication with Terranova suppot. I am very disappointed.

I placed an order on the 18th of May…
I placed an order on the 18th of May for over 100 euros, expecting the parcel to arrive within 5 to 8 working days. I was able to track the parcel via DHL until the 24th of May, but since then, there has been no further update on its progress.
I contacted DHL, and they advised me that only the sender can request an investigation into the parcel. Subsequently, I reached out to Terranova, but I was told to wait for the shipping company to contact me.
Can you please provide an update on the status of my parcel?

Kind employees but not the best communication
Well, I have made my order on the 13th May and the information in the site says that for Europe the delivery period is from 4 to 8 days and that an email will be sent 5 days before the order arrives. Two weeks later, I know only that the order has been shipped. I think it's a good idea for the company to improve the communication between the different employees, because I received an email as an answer from the contacting form, that my order was delivered to the shop, however, it wasn't. On the positive side, all employees, I talked to, are really kind.
Normally, I wouldn't be so impatient for a delivery, but this one was for a special occasion,so I was a little disappointed.
