I ordered a scarf and a blazer a couple of weeks ago (see appendix). This was the first time I ordered something from your online shop. The scarf is beautiful, however, the blazer does not have a sufficient quality. I wore the blazer about two times and then I noticed that people were looking at me in a very strange way. Let me explain to you why:
Inside the jacket (in the shoulder compartment) there is a pad on both sides. This is a very normal thing in order to lift a person's shoulders while wearing the jacket. Unfortunately, I noticed that the pad inside the jacke got deformed after I have worn it two times. It looks like the pad inside the jacket is deformed and not unified with the rest of the jacket. Therefore, I assume that the pad was already deformed because it is not normal to look like that after two times of wearing it.
A week ago I contaced the customer service team because I will not accept this quality and want my money back! I sent pictures to the person in charge of my situation but the girl called "Noemi" did not understand my point. Apparently I can not return the blazer because of the missing tag. Obvisouly the tag is missing because I wore it two times, however, the pad got deformed inside my jacket because I wore it the whole day. My point is that you can not expect me to keep the blazer because the tag is missing. The deformation of the pad inside the jacket is the qualitys fault (so bassically your fault) and not the fact that I wore it two times. Besides, your employees behaviour is not acceptable and very unprofessional. She told me that I should wear the blazer infront of the mirror with the tag on it. Are you being serious? By the way, her English was terrible and if you let people work for you than at least requiere them to speak proper English. I am not a native speaker myself but this is just very weak.
As I said, I want my money back. This was definetely my first and last order and I am deeply disappointed. Is this really the generous italian way of treating (new) customers? I do not think so.

Never disappointed me so far!
One of my go to clothing shops for everyday clothes and casual looks. Prices are good, and there is a huge range of clothes!
The personnel is qualified and really helpful and they listen to the customers needs. So far my experience in any Terranova Store I’ve been to, was nice, particularly in the one in Via Torino, here in Milan, near the city center. So if you’re nearby, drop to their store! Even just to window shop! ;)

Me and my friends went to Terranova SM Southmall PH yesterday to buy clothes for our trip this weekend and it was a very very very bad experience. We witnessed a woman in maybe 50s lecturing her store employees in a very loud and irritating way in FRONT of the Customers instead of assisting us in finding what we need. They call her OM. You don't deserve a star rating. We just decided to leave the store because of that Rude manager. It was an awful character, not acceptable behavior for a manager. Definitely will NOT come back.
