Terrafast—smooth and easy experience
Had a great experience using Terrafast to travel from Ciampino airport to the centre of Rome. Journey was smooth and straightforward. Caesar was very polite, had lots of recommendations for places to visit during my stay, and made sure I got to my destination safely!

Terrible service. I pre-booked and paid for an airport bus ticket for a specific time, only to be refused boarding because the bus was already full. What’s the point of booking a bus departure time in advance if a seat is not guaranteed!? As a result, I nearly missed my flight.

Fantastic new service from Terravision
Fantastic new service from Terravision. We were given the VIP treatment from all the staff we met. Front seats were reserved for us on the coach and when we arrived at Termini station our driver Mario was waiting to take us directly to our accommodation in Trastevere. Absolutely transformed getting to the city and took all the worry out of making connections and buying tickets. I definitely recommend using this service. The best thing is that we already have our return journey booked. Many thanks to Mario our super friendly driver and all at Terravision!
