Having hired cars on holiday numerous times, we are well accustomed to the whole palava of collecting the car at a car hire desk in the airport... the upselling to different levels of insurance, the deposit-taking on a credit card, and the whole rigmarole taking up to two hours...

Terry's car hire makes everything easy and gets rid of all of that headache... collecting the car was a breeze, and dropping it off was too. The instructions were clear and efficient, and the friendly staff on the end of the phone were always attentive and helpful.

In our case the car was brand new and of excellent spec. The whole experience of car hire this time was utterly flawless...!

In Mallorca, I'll never hire cars from Avis, Budget etc. that make up deposits, fake insurance and makes you pay for accidents to your car that were allready there. Terrys Car Hire is 100% hassle free and there is no waiting at airport. Best car hire I've ever done!

I rented a car for a week from Terry's. The car was in excellent shape and incredibly clean. It served us well and they maintain the vehicles so that you have nothing to worry about. The pickup and drop-off method is the most convenient I have ever used and saved a lot of time. I would 10/10 recommend using Terry's in the future. Some cities have quite narrow streets, so I recommend getting a compact as it will make it easier to park around the island. Thanks for the rental!

Before booking, I compared five car rental services in Mallorca, and Terry's Car Hire stood out as the most affordable option. You provide all the necessary information online before your trip, so when you arrive at the airport, you can quickly collect the car from the parking lot, even if it's midnight, as it was in our case. We received a clean, new Nissan Qashqai, which comfortably accommodated our group of four. Over the course of 10 days, we explored the entire island, thanks to its well-maintained roads. At the end of our trip, returning the car at the airport was hassle-free, with no additional costs

Collect car yourself from the airport terminal car park, return car to the terminal car park and lock the key in the boot.

Before booking with Terry’s I read a lot of reviews for other rental companies in Mallorca and they were appalling. I was so grateful to find a trustworthy company with great cars, competitive prices and excellent service. It’s not too good to be true, it’s just a really good company run by professional and friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them!!

All paper work done in advance. Hassle free, just turn up at designated place, and drive off. Better value than all others we looked at.

4 Days Car Hire in April 2023. We hired a small Skoda Fabia - The process was simple and easy to follow. The best thing about it was NO pushy salesman trying to scare me into taking further insurance / tire damage OR Window damage insurance AND NO queues!! Car is waiting for you on arrival. Super efficient and friendly car hire. Booking enquiry via email or telephone with confirmation via email. Text on arrival at Palma Airport. Car was parked in short stay multi-storey - collect keys and drive away, so no queuing! Car had done 80k KM and was clean. I can not recommend them more highly.
