The shed is fantastic, good value for money. The installation service was very quick.

Order, delivery and installation was quick and efficient. Not happy that I paid an extra £85 on top of the TGB shed price to the sales agent taking the order. I may have well just placed the order directly with TGB had I known beforehand.

Had to chase order however delivery time was not many days later than originally forecasted. Quality of shed is good and guys who came to fit were on time and completed build in short time

This was a great purchase. The company got in touch really quickly to arrange installation (which I wasn’t actually ready for as I needed to put down a concrete base). The two lads that delivered and installed were great. Could not be more happy with the purchase

The men arrived to erect the shed exactly when they said they would, and they carried out the work with good humour. The shed was exactly as I had ordered, and was remarkably solid when fully finished - so much better than the the lighter ones bought from DIY stores,This looks as if it will give me the twenty years I am looking for, providing I keep it well coated.

Delivered on time and constructed quickly and well. Shed itself very good quality and well built. Absolutely no complaints.

A good quality shed, well constructed and easy to build. We will see how it lasts over time. Only thing to downscore on is that they forgot to send the fitting and fixtures kit but did send by courier the next day. There was no checklist at time of delivery and nothing to sign so from a QA perspective rather lax

One man delivery unloading and erection of a heavy shed as his colleague was unable to be there because his wife was in labour. Dont know how he did it without help but he did - and to a high standard!

Delighted with my shed! I ordered online had one phone call to arrange delivery and the guys arrived early all the way from Rotherham and put it up in a very short time and it looks great. Very good value for money and a totally good customer experience thank you.

After visiting the business premises, I found the staff very helpful, the information clear, and the prices very reasonable given the current climate.
The communication of both the sales and delivery men were very good.
The delivery men were polite and very efficient, I was very pleased with the job they did. Not to mention the fact that they advised me of the best aftercare for my shed to get the maximum time out of it. Thank you so much.

Great product, we really like our new potting shed. It's well made and the installation team made short work of putting it up. However, the office and customer service staff were rude and lied to us on several occasions about where the shed was in the production process. We were given a delivery date, so I took the day off for delivery and installation, when nobody pitched up by midday I rang. The staff were rude and said that no delivery had been scheduled. After two more attempts and numerous phone calls we finally got our new shed. Great product but poor communication and customer service.

the shed was installed and built by the company that made the shed and even through they installed it off centre of the concrete base we had installed by another local company. they came back and moved the shed to the centre of the base

I absolutely love my Harpford Barn and the service I received was excellent from start to finish. If I had one niggle, just one of the fitters was a tad grumpy, maybe he was just having a bad day. Nevertheless the installation went smoothly and my Barn was placed exactly where I wanted it.

Ordered shed for 2 - 4 week delivery. it came in 2 weeks. Shed is exactly as shown in the photo. We chose to have our shed installed too - installers were really nice and shed was up in no time at all - defo worth installation if you're not 100% confident doing it yourself. No mess left!

I purchased the potting shed for an outside studio. It is perfect for my art work and I now have removed art clutter out of my conservatory. Really pleased with it.

Superb all round service, was a bit miffed as to why I had to pay more than the advertised price for the playhouse , but a solid playhouse , delivered earlier than expected, delivery lads had , forgotten the small Perspex windows , but came back with them , after driving a good few miles to their next delivery, but otherwise as stated , superb all round service.
