TGB shed is very good quality and the two men who delivered it and erected it were friendly, accommodating and erected the shed in about 30 minutes. I am very happy with TGB.

We are very happy with our shed. The company were very easy to communicate with and the 2 men who delivered and put up the potting shed were excellent. It’s early days, but the shed is brilliant.

I needed a 12 x 6 shed with some degree of security, found this one to be exactly as required, and was rather pleased that it came with free installation. Shed delivery was swift and when delivered was erected and in use in less then two hours. Couldn't fault the quality, delivery and time for erection .

Great Service from the start. Having been let down by another shed company, told 4 weeks delivery then emailed me to tell me 14 weeks and an increase of £900. I found Timber Garden Buildings online, before I ordered I called customer services to check availability and was promised delivery would be up to four weeks. Within a few days I received a call confirming delivery, it arrived within two weeks from placing my order!!! My delivery driver checked with me where I wanted the shed placed and was happy to bring it in to the garden (most companies are doorstep delivery). We are so impressed, the shed is great quality, which was simple to erect and looks amazing in our space.

I ordered my shed online, on September 13th, it was delivered and erected on September 22nd. Other suppliers were quoting for delivery February/March 2022. The installers were very courteous and efficient, taking just one hour to put it up. It looks great and very sturdy. I wanted it for long term storage so I chose the version without a window for extra security. Its fits the bill perfectly. I'd highly recommend buy sheds direct.

Bought my shed some months ago and one of the batons warped, they came out no quibble and sorted it and actually did a great repair job.
Give them 5 xxxxx for their customer care service.

Shed delivered earlier than estimate. Installer did an amazing job by himself. I offered to help but he had it under control. Finished in 40 minutes. Unbelievable.

Bought a playhouse and paid for it be both painted and installed. Contacted by customer services and delivered before expected date. Can honestly say how impressed we are with the quality and workmanship. The fitter was great and even accommodated our last minute request to switch the window panel side. Five stars for the service we received.

I cannot fault the quality and installation of my Combi Potting Shed and Dutch Barn after waiting 6 months due to Covid.
Where TGB fall down is their after sales service, after 16 weeks I am still waiting on the integral shelving unit for the barn which I believe was an oversight during the installation.
Numerous emails only reply with sympathetic words...no action.
This lack of after sales service lets TGB down badly and is an unfortunate disappointment to an otherwise good product.

I placed my order with a TGB agent before reading any reviews so was quite nervous prior to my order arriving having then read the reviews on this page, but I needn't have worried. Our 7 x 10 sunningdale summerhouse arrived exactly on time on 4 June. The two men who delivered and installed it put it exactly where I wanted it and it was erected in around 45 minutes. It is a fantastic looking summerhouse, really excellent quality, and well worth the cost. First lot of rainfall today and it is perfectly watertight, as you would expect. Thank you TGB sheds!

We had our alpine winged cabin installed yesterday in Somerset, surprisingly a bit earlier than originally quoted. The fitters Dan & Dave from Yorkshire were polite and did a nice tidy job. First impressions of the cabin are good and very pleased so far.
