Tried the new TGI Friday in Chelmsford for lunch today 19.5. 22 , what a complete disaster , under staffed poor kid we’re running about like headless chickens not knowing which way to turn , what’s up with management don’t they give these kids any training no there sat in the booths on their laptops trying to look important

Absolutely rubbish management... Westfield TGI Fridays waiter brought completely different what ordered. For drink we had to ask few times. Later asked for 1 extra chair and started nightmare. Waiter couln't do it. Manager absolutely rude. Started shauted. Added to bill what we didn't eat...avoid

Southampton restaurant is awulf ...food cold. Service awulf and the company customer care. There isn't any. Won't

When taken to our table the seats were dirty, it took 15 mins for a drink order, then we ordered 3 starters,the hummus was not available so we ordered potato skins, they arrived and my daughter (10) thought they were stuffed coconuts they were so burned they were uneatable, plus the first attempt at the potato skins was wrong and they brought nachos, my boneless wings were soggy and had obviously been under a warmer as my blue cheese dip and celery were warm, After our starters I was then told that my main meal was no longer available so I ordered fajitas which were just a pile of soggy onions and peppers with a few chicken strips !!! £88 for this rubbish you should be ashamed, times are hard and and I am just gutted that I spent my hard earned cash on this shambles
Plus the toilets are disgusting and filthy with no paper in the cubicle 🤢
Also we had to ask for cutlery

Went to the Wembley Park one as we were up from Newcastle and the service and staff were disgusting. We were seated and took a while for order to be taken by a miserable staff member. The rest of the staff were sitting in a booth of their own chatting and laughing really loud while the restaurant was busy and they weren’t serving at all. Come to leave and the door man was very rude not letting us leave till I put the bottle of pop I carried in with me on the floor. He was rude and wouldn’t let us speak or explain. Worse experience I’ve ever had at a tgi Fridays

I have not been to a TGI Fridays for several years and won't be back. Half the menu was missing - no salmon, no sour cream, no tacos, no hummus & pitta, no lime cordial - I was told this was because it was Sunday.
The food was second rate and overpriced.

Worst service i have ever received. Forgot our starters and brought our mains out. Drinks service extremely slow.

I hope you dont get the same waiter as ours. (If we actually had one)

Tbf - food saved your backsides

There tescos ribs are a disgusting lump of fat gross. Aldi's are 100 times better.

Ribs was to burned 🥵 to eat but the other food was nice so I though not to complain. I got home and found I got double charged £93.70 boths times with the £20 gratitude I gave. It turns out the transaction will stay pending for 2/3 working days before your money 💰 get returned. Better to take cash 💵 and avoid any unhappiness.

Went to Rushton lake TGI'S, staff friendly and 17.00 shared starter nice, 2 x chicken meals nice but the 2 x burgers was not nice ,burgers with every mouth full all you tasted was burn't ,my daughter couldn't eat it !! i tried but was overwhelmed and gave up ,complained to the managed all we got was 10% off £7.00 (MY BURGER COST NEARLY £17.00 AND MY DAUGHTERS WAS ABOUT £12.00) ,I had eaten there a week before and the burgers was so nice, caulk and cheese how different they tasted ,will not be returning!!!

Booked a table for 8pm for two but table was not ready. Not happy at all.

TGI Friday (Oracle Reading) to be avoided!
Ordered 2 meals, Cheeseburger and Chicken Burger.

Cheese burger came with the saltiest chips ever, bottom of burger red onion covered in vinegar, burger looked like 6 oz weight and that was all on the plate, Chickenburger was a battered slither of frozen deep fried with coleslaw also covered in vinegar, chips also uneatable.

Gave up paid and left...what has happened to TGI's, i think trying to reap revenue after covid shutdown..

Tgi’s Sutton Coldfield. Been meaning to review them for a while. We visit regularly and they always smile and nothing is too much trouble. Makes a world of a difference well done.
Although can you bring back the Cajun cream pasta dish everyone is really sad.

Went to TGI Watford Central as was only place available on a Saturday night. The staff were very friendly but the food wasn’t cooked properly both off us didn’t finish as didn’t enjoy it as all. The table our laid out way to close together I might iswell or Saturday with the couple next to us and spoke to them. This just felt very uncomfortable and not very pleasant when your trying to enjoy a meal and another couple can listen to your conversation. Worst £60 I’ve ever spend in a restaurant. 🤬

On my booking reservation I asked for table in quiet area of restaurant for my 6 year autistic son and I asked for a birthday dessert surprise for my sister whose birthday we were celebrating. They sat us next to noisy kitchen and there was no birthday surprise. My burger came warm going towards cold and burnt. Food items missing from menu and served my mum and sister food with sides missing. Dreadful service and customer care will not visit again! Forgot to add that we had to wait for them to prepare and tidy our table on arrival. When the hostess took us to our seats she left straight away and the seats had puddles of water which we had to clean ourselves and cutlery was also missing. Absolutely shambolic.

On 31st January 2022 my husband and I attempted to dine at TGI Fridays in the Mall in Paphos, Cyprus. Despite having obtained negative rapid tests just 1 hour prior, we were refused entry/service after being asked if we were vaccinated. The whole experience was horrendously embarrassing and distressing. We were not offered any alternative. We were no more a risk than a vaccinated person who, as we all now know, can get and pass on Covid. I have never been refused entry or service anywhere in the last two years carrying a covid negative result confirmation. Very disappointed with TGI Fridays protocol which I find unnecessarily dictatorial, victimising and offensive.

Terrible place. We waited 25 minutes to even get our drinks order. They ask on the online booking if it’s a special occasion. I said yes it’s a 12th birthday and nothing happened. I don’t understand how this place is still going.

If I could put down no stars I would absolutely disgusting how they can put a husband and wife with their 5 children sit on different tables with another table in between is unbelievable.
Firstly saying that it is the government guidelines then after me showing them the guidelines that if they live with you and under the age of 11 then they can sit on the same table, to saying that it is health and safety is rubbish and a stupid excuse not a family place at all and hope that anyone that wants a nice meal not to go here !!!!!!!

Tgi Fridays Southland Australia is really good. We go weekly and the service is always consistent.

We was really disappointed with the wait, even though we pre-booked the table, we waited over 20minutes when we arrived, we also requested a high chair, but none was provided, some staff weren't using masks at all, management was no where to be seen at times (Veronica and Kojo the managers from the ENFIELD branch) staff were seen joking instead of helping customers, and touching each other, their faces and then grabbing cutlery and napkins with their hands un-washed hands, one guy in particular kept stroking his BEARD. We had to request cutlery twice as this was not on the table. The food was very disappointing dry and looked like it was just heated up and the service even worse, unfriendly staff with little respect. We honestly will not attend this restaurant again.   
DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE, unless you want to be disappointed and experience what we experienced
