Went to the TGI Friday's within the O2. After eventually being seated. We waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken. While we were sat waiting we had a birdseye view of the serving hatch area. The m... See more

Pathetic and pricey
I will start by saying the waiting staff were 5 star .The food was a pathetic offering ! I ordered a Sirlion and was asked if i wanted an 8oz or 10 oz i opted for the 8 which turned out to be rump so when my plate came i had a 1/4 piece of a beef tomato a small tub of pepper sauce and the piece of steak and i had at extra cost ordered sweet potato fries all for £22 .The waiting time between courses was 40 min so be prepared to wait or better still take a sandwich ..What a rip off. The company should be ashamed to charge the prices they do..TGI Fridays Aberdeen beach
Went to London O2 restaurant
Went to London O2 restaurant. Had a classic American burger. It was supposed to come with pickled red onions, but did not. Burger was way over cooked and dry. And it was all just warm not hot. For what it cost I expected better.
Table of 8 people
Table of 8 people, all served at different times. Meals were terrible. Uncooked, overcooked and some cold. Not very good considering the prices we paid 🤷🏼♂️
Got a takeaway from Castleford branch
Got a takeaway from Castleford branch, 2, ribs with chips + chicken goujons. Chips under cooked and wet. Goujons more like nuggets and also wet and soggy. Ribs not cooked that well, I've just been conned out of £43. Will never go in again
Went with my family to the Lincoln…
Went with my family to the Lincoln branch. Food was tasty and the service good. Prices were about as high as you could get away with before customers would shy away. For six of us, one bottle of wine and two bottom-less cokes, two cocktails, no starters/sweet, £190 before tip. £10 accepted with no ‘thank you’.
Non Caring Staff, making there problem mine.
Went for late lunch; TGi Fridays at the 02 Arena at 15:00pm on 30 September 2022. Hardly anyone in the place. Requested table for 2. Front of desk said we should wait at bar, he will be back. He went back to entrance, greeted 2 people and started chatting (friends??). We stood waiting for around 4/5 min. Decided to ask a waiter about seating. She said and I quote "we are short staffed, so we just need to wait for the person at the front desk". (He is chatting to his friends) REALLY: is short staff our problem??? and is a non-caring person at front desk a customer serving STAR?? Her attitude was also non caring. We decided to go to Zizziz opposite instead. TGi Friday management should take notice. This is how you loose customers and get bad reviews. Appalling. Wr are currently enjoying the food at Zizziz. The staff are friendly (most important to me)!! That sets the tone for any restaurant.

Awful service had no choice cocktails, no beers. But when we booked the table for 6 (birthday) no one said a thing about the lack of choice.
Will never recommend tgis or go there in Stratford

The floor was greasy, cutlery changed twice despite telling them
It was dirty . Food was warm not up too standard. The boneless hot wings were old not freshly cooked was not happy at all fries were warm not the best. Would I eat at Croydon branch again! That’s a no for me
Missing itemsgrimy decor
I hadn’t been to a TGI for a while, but after visiting the Cheltenham (Lansdown) branch at lunchtime today I can confirm that it’s still as miserable an experience as it always was:
Tables sticky, decor grimy, waiting time too long. But the most annoying issue is that I paid for a take-out and my salad was missing.
I have tried for five weeks now to get…
I have tried for five weeks now to get a response I AM STILL WAITING. 2 of my daughter's and 2 grandkids went for lunch in the SILVERBURN BRANCH. ONE WENT INTO LABOUR " EARLY AND BABY WAS BREECH" She didn't feel so good so took herself to the toilets and my other daughter was frantic as she'd been a while, so eventually they got hold of staff to call an ambulance which I'm grateful BUT after they took her to the ambulance my other daughter was dumped on her backside and left to get on with it, and we all know that kids sense something is wrong and they play up!! My daughter went to till to settle up AND THEY STILL TOOK THE FULL AMOUNT EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T GET TO EAT??!!. OH BUT THAT'S NOT THE END OH NO, MY DAUGHTER WITH THE KIDS WAS REALLY UPSET ABOUT HER SISTER AND WAS LEFT TO HER OWN DEVICES SHE WAS STRESSED, UPSET, CRYING AND TRIED TO KEEP KIDS TOGETHER, WHEN THIS LOVELY SECURITY LADY ASKED HER IF SHE WAS OK?? MY DAUGHTER EXPLAINED WHAT HAD JUST HAPPENED AND SHE WAS WORRIED SICK ABOUT HER SISTER.!!? THAT GEM OF A LADY HELPED HER SAFELY WITH THE KIDS AND SHOPPING OUT TO THE AMBULANCE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH HER SISTER. YES THAT'S CORRECT SECURITY HELPED HER, NOT THE TGI FRIDAYS STAFF THEYD GOT THEIR MONEY, FOR FOOD NOT EVEN EATEN. TOTALLY MORALLY WRONG, DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR. BE ASHAMED BE VERY VERY ASHAMED. NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS
Went to the Thurrock retail park…
Went to the Thurrock retail park restaurant for lunch, hadn’t been for years and definitely won’t be going back. Dirty and unclean, terrible food and staff couldn’t care less. Shame- it used to be a great place to go!!!
Very disappointing
Very disappointing.
I took the family to the new restaurant in Chelmsford. Was aware of a number of poor reviews previously but put this down to it being a new establishment. Unfortunately this didn’t turn out to be the case. Upon arrival the greeter was uncertain of our booking or how to find our table. Once seated service was slow even though the place wasn’t that busy. Tried ordering starters but were told no dishes with hot sauce (Franks) were available because they didn’t have any. The food for starters we could get was quite nice. Main courses were okay although they had no spicy onion rings. Food was delivered piecemeal, daughter had almost finished hers when we finally received all our orders having been offered the wrong order initially but again was okay once received. I would add the full rack of ribs for £20 my daughter ordered was certainly not worth it. Dessert was ordered but we were then told after a wait it was no longer available. Daughter then ordered a milkshake instead but we were told they’d run out of milk so couldn’t have that either. We then decided to forget the dessert and just have the bill. When the bill arrived it had £20+ food and dessert from another table included. We pointed this out and the items were removed. We then paid our £100+ bill and left very disappointed at the whole experience. We will not be returning to TGI Friday Chelmsford anytime soon.
Terrible food.
Food Poisoning at Braintree TGI
My daughter and I had vegan starter and different vegan mains at TGI Braintree, we both had food poisoning and were really ill. Will never go back, this is a serious matter and can have direct consequences.
I do really believe the staff care…
I do really believe the staff care about their customers. Great food, maybe a bit high priced but you get what you pay for.
Worst service ever
The leicester site service is absolutely terrible. emailed a complaint and no one bothers to reply. Avoid this place
TGI Fridays
TGI Fridays - Enfield
Leisure Park, 200 Southbury Rd, Enfield EN1 1YQ
Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!! For the second time in a couple of months the service has been terrible at the Enfield restaurant. We waited 30 mins to be seated after we had booked a table, which was ok as we expected it to be busy as it was Father’s Day. In sight Several tables were empty. Staff were extremely slow in cleaning tables. When we eventually sat down there was no cutlery and waited over 30 minutes just for drinks and to order the food. We ordered starters mains along with children’s meals and have a simple instruction for the kids food to come out with the starters. We waited over 1 and a half hours to have our !!!!!!!!!Mains brought out without any starters !!!!!!’nor children’s meals.!!!!!!!!!! Which this also happen on our last visit. We made a decision to inform staff and leave After being there for 2 hours. We Will not be returning here again !!!!!! Hope you lost lots of customers As most people were complaining. Food was insight and stilling there in the kitchen with staff standing around chit chatting with no care in the world .
Never Again AVOID
So sadly the staff were nice but the food was awful and decor worse, it was dark and dirty and we spent most of the time squatting flies ! £70 for four meals not good, paid £9 for two tacos that were awful would never go back ! Like I say staff lovely but restaurant dirty and dark and just not nice at all !
What has happened to the place??
Visited Prestwich branch 26th/5
Hadn't been to TGI's since before covid. Treat for us with visiting son and his mates for birthday.Used to be a vibrant, lively, buzzy atmosphere, particularly at the bar...now
dead.Too few staff, flying around doing their best..hosting parties..singing happy birthdays whilst juggling with taking orders, making desserts, sorting drinks, probs cleaning loos and on it goes. We had to wait over half an hour for 2 cokes at one time on asking were told..'maybe soon'. The staff frustrated and apologetic at not being able to provide adequate service. Food when arrived was fine. Fair vegetarian selection. Sad to see the place. Bar area totally deserted...daren't ask for a cocktail!! Best pull your socks up TGI's or you maybe no more in the near future. Look after you staff.
