Went to the TGI Friday's within the O2. After eventually being seated. We waited 25 minutes for our order to be taken. While we were sat waiting we had a birdseye view of the serving hatch area. The m... See more

TGI Fridays - Speke, Liverpool
TGI Fridays - Speke, Liverpool. Firstly the lady serving me and my friend was very nice and pleasent. But....we ordered a honey glazed burger and it was totally overpriced. It was literally just a burger with dressings and a bag of average chips in a multi coloured wrapper! I ordered a refillable diet coke but my friend was not allowed refillable as she wanted full coke!! What a rip off. We decided to try out the two cocktails for £16 which was expensive...we were staggered to be told we could only have two of the same cocktail- just ridiculous. The wine selection was very poor and guess what - way overpriced by the glass and the bottle. Trying to overcharge customers for an average restaurant experience is not a great marketing strategy.
TGI Fridays
TGI Fridays, Riverside, Norwich, This was our second visit as our first experience was terrible, Adam the manager said come in again and ask for me and we will make it right and you will have a great time. Our second visit was yesterday and funnily enough Adam wasn’t there? we had booked the table for a birthday celebration so had to stay. The first thing I noticed was that the food prices had increased around 10% in a matter of 5 weeks! Ava our waitress was spot on and couldn’t fault her. In a nutshell there was no atmosphere, very expensive prices for a canteen like restaurant, BBQ sauce was £1 extra if you wanted some with your meal! Overall for the over inflated prices I would want more, The ladies toilets were disgusting! cubicles locked shut as the toilets were broken! my 2 girls had to walk over to the bowling alley to use their ones! we wont ever go back unfortunately.
Absolutely Dire!.. Birthday Experience
Booked in for a birthday treat at Stevenage TGIF Leisure Park for my wife.
No acknowledgement or birthday greetings despite ticking the recommended online box. We were served soft drinks after waiting 20 minutes and ordered the ultimate full racked ribs for two after seeing a representation on the menu of chips sides in a basket and a full barbecue cup of barbecue sauce and grilled corn on the cob. The actual meals that arrived consisted of soggy corn cob that was rotten and foul and not cooked. The chips were not in a wire basket as pictured on the menu, but in a limp paper bag and hardly enough for a mouse feed. The barbecue sauce was in a thimble sized capsule - again as not advertised. The coke drinks at £3.95 for refill are not value for money as we waited nearly half an hour served by Kristi who abandoned as half way through the meal. The ribs were reasonable but mostly comprised bone, and at 86 quid a meal proved extorionate for an average meal. To add insult to injury, the coke refill (only 2 provided) ran out and we had to order another drink of zero coke which we believed to be free. the bill arrived with an extra charge for the zero coke @ £3.60 which should not have been charged, as the ordinary coke had run out beyong our control - not our fault. This truly was an awful experience and we shall not be visiting this rip-off place again!
Birthday dinner
We booked a table at the Lakeside Retail Park, without any prior notification we got to the restaurant and informed that it was our son's birthday. Julie who attended to us from the front door was ever so welcoming. Then Summer who took our menu and served our order was absolutely friendly and smiled all through. Mark checked on us regularly to ensure that we were ok and asked if we needed anything in addition to our order. Then we were surprised with some beautifully decorated birthday ballons. I would rate the service at this TGi's 100%. Really glad that we decided to take our son there for his birthday dinner.
Booked a table for 5pm
Booked a table for 5pm, seated straight away. Ordered a burger meal and a steak meal. Arrived after a 50 minute wait, only after asking where the food was. Both meals were lukewarm. My steak wasn't well done as requested but pink in the middle. Was a birthday meal and stated on pre booking. No birthday wishes were given. We didn't stay for afters, which we had planned to do. Ended up stopping at Tesco express. Not the birthday meal expected. £70 for a rubbish meal at Sixfields, Northampton
Worst restaurant chain in the country
Worst restaurant chain in the country, hands down.
Went to Ashton-under-Lyne to eat before a film. Chicken Spicy Burger (£16) had an invisible amount of dry chicken and few other fillings, certainly nothing resembling the description. Loaded cheese and bacon fries had no cheese, although there was a pool of fat in the bottle of the bowl. £50 later, as the £9.99 January deal was apparently 'unavailable', and still hungry. Topped off with a £6.50 pint, I feel utterly robbed. 1000% better burger at KFC across the road.
Absolutely dire restaurant in Cribbs…
Absolutely dire restaurant in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. Service virtually non existent, 1.5 hrs wait for a very poor meal, no tables cleared and cleaned, very young staff who clearly were not trained to serve, spoke to the manager and asked her why she wasnt managing the shambles and her reply was I am not allowed to "parade around the restaurant"...really surely a manager should be overseeing and managing! I have never been to such a poorly managed restaurant and served such low quality food - prices arent cheap by any means! Pretty sure if Hygiene Inspectors had come in it wouldn't have passed!
Awful Experience and over priced
Went to TGI Fridays in Coventry yesterday evening for a birthday celebration. On arrival the car park was rubble and gravel with pot hole big enough to fit a bowling ball in it which we drove down. We had to go the bar twice to ask where our drinks were 30 mins after ordering. The food took 1.5 hours and it was unacceptable. The burger had been standing in the kitchen so long it was cold and the cheese had gone hard, presentation was poor, in fact 4 of the meals we ordered were all cold. Totally ruined a child’s birthday and we left and cooked at home. Will not be visiting again. The prices!!!! Not worth the price. When the meals were bought to us nobody asked if we wanted any sauces. Very poor service
CRIBBS CAUSEWAY
CRIBBS CAUSEWAY - BRISTOL - DIRE! Where do I start - everything the could be wrong was wrong. The reserved table was located by a door and horribly drafty. Had to wait 45 mins for drinks and 1.5 hours for food to arrive. Food was lukewarm and then we had to ask twice for some cutlery. The 'music' was unbearably loud - we could not converse. The table was not cleared after the meal. The toilets were dirty and no toilet paper. The bill was extortionate. Avoid - the experience was uncomfortable on every level.
I will not be visiting the Hagley Road
I will not be visiting the Hagley Road, Birmingham restaraunt again. Past 2 visits were a joke. 14 Oct 23, went for my 2 daughters' 18th & 10th birthdays. Asked for the cakes to be brought out & it took nearly an hour. Visited again on 13/1/24, host told me we were an hour late, even though my email reservation said we was on time. Our table area was dirty, we got put by a cold window which wasn't pleasant. We ordered raspberry ripple cocktails, they came out wrong as did the children's milkshakes. We asked for everything to come together, but they brought out 2 starters 15 mins before rest of food. Then when food finally arrived, they forgot the peppercorn sauce for the steak and a plate of fries. Bill came to over £120 and the food was poor. Told the manager that the fries never came, neither did peppercorn sauce. I usually tip when I dine out and this was the 1st time that I didn't. Safe to say I will not be going back anytime soon
Everything was wrong no heating cold…
Everything was wrong no heating cold undercooked food bad inexperienced waiters disgusting toilets overpriced horrible experience
My first time coming to the restaurant…
My first time coming to the restaurant in Enfield after a few years, prices have gone up a lot, going to be honest as possible, the food we ordered didn't exactly come as it said and showed on the menu, one of my friends ordered boneless chicken wings for example was supposed to come with blue cheese sauce, didn't come with it when served, my burger didn't come like how it looked on the menu either, in terms of taste it wasn't the best or the worst, food did take long to come how ever, and other customers complained about waiting too long for their food and walked out, I can understand the frustration of the customers too, we waited over an hour for our food, and the restaurant was quiet so don't understand how it took that long for the food to come, if it was busy I would understand the long wait, but the service and attitude of the staff was amazing though I have to give credit for that.
Service was okay but the food is…
Service was okay but the food is massivley overpriced. TGI fridays used to be great but now all the food tastes like its come out of microwaved or boiled bags.
Ashton TGIFS service is abysmal
Came in to the Ashton branch at 13.45 and only juat left its now 15.40... over an for our starters yet people.who cam after us and served after us received their meals before us, it took my husband to ask where the starters were for us to get it. The mains came out and wad dry, the mixed salad was basically pico de gallo and cabbage not actually a salad. My husbands cheese stack burger came out dry no cheese sauce and was more like a mcdonals burger. They brought his hot sauce after he'd finished his meal. £95 wasted. Won't be back.
Staffs were in a rush and not friendly…
Staffs were in a rush and not friendly at all, even though we had informed as my daughter’s birthday celebration they didn’t bother about it. Very expensive, not a friendly atmosphere.
Nope.
Went Saturday 9th Dec Leicester Square London for birthday treat. Arrived on time and our table wasn’t ready after our booking time for another 10 minutes, but this is understandable. Men went to the toilet which was COVERED IN Faeces (this remained this way for the whole 2 and a half hour visit). Was took to our table. Waited 30 minutes before I had to ask for someone to take drinks/food order. Waiter came and couldn’t be more apologetic as it was busy. We made him aware of a birthday to which he said he would sort with a pudding later. Drinks, starters and mains came out in good time. Waiter came back just after mains came to ask for drinks and how the food was. This was the last time we saw him… until an hour and a half later. I had to look into the centre of the restaurant for any waiter which took me 10 minutes. The restaurant was 1/4 full, and all tables were still dirty. I grabbed a waiter and asked for the bill. Our waiter came over 10 minutes later, without a sorry or explanation. I stated this it just wasn’t on that we had waited this time because we actually wanted a pudding, but now it was 10:30 in the evening and who wanted a pudding that late?! The waiter started to argue with me and stated that he did come back, to which I replied yes, just after food but not for the past hour. He continued to argue with me and then stated that he was a shift manager and that he has other jobs to do as well. I also stated that the table next to us have been waiting for their drinks for 45 minutes, to which he had no response. We continued to argue to which I had just had enough as clearly it was falling on deaf ears. We paid and left, without the birthday surprise he was meant to have arranged. The whole restaurant on the way out was disgusting. Rubbish all over the floor, bins at the desks overflowing, and bathrooms still not cleaned. I have since completed a feedback form about this and have been ignored so clearly customer service is not a priority. However, food was great.
Never again TGI lakeside,service was…
Never again TGI lakeside, service was terrible, staff going home as food was coming out, food was stone cold!!
Sadly attitude of staff and food for 70…
Sadly attitude of staff and food for 70 pounds was awful and clearly they have no Customer Service
Binley Coventry
Binley Coventry, extremely pricey. Almost double the price from 2 years ago. Over £110 for 3 meals no starters, 3 drinks and 2 puddings. £80 Max. With reduce menu choices , Poor portion sizes, luke warm food, can’t imagine that this chain is going to last long. Shame as used to be a great restaurant
TGI never have to go again.
Newport Gwent South Wales
To be honest it was an awful waste of money and time.
It was my daughters birthday and they didn't come out with the cake or celebration.
The food was terrible, all tasteless and over cooked.
£120 absolutely disgusting.
Shall be telling everyone about them.
Never will ever go to any of those restaurants. Appalling beyond belief
