I ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses From the bespoke range online and I was very nervous about ordering them online but so happy I did the dresses are absolutely amazing and the colour was exactly what I wanted and the measurements And just the quality so pleased!!! Ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses online and they are simply amazing! The quality is brilliant and they were very reasonably priced to. They were posted really quickly and we were kept informed all the way, would 100% recomend this company and if I didnt already have my wedding dress I might have looked here 💕

Dresses arrived and were nice dresses however they weren't packaged the best and this caused them to be overly creased in my opinion, obviously not expecting perfectly smooth material with them being sent out. Also one dress was pulled at the bottom and one of the dresses was wrong so had to return. However customer service since emailing to raise my concerns has been perfect and Kayleigh was very helpful arranging the dresses to be picked up for return. Although I was a bit disappointed with the dresses the service couldn't be faulted dresses arrived quickly and return organised very promptly too.

Ordered from here before, amazing service, always kept in touch, answered all questions I asked them! Really kind, love all the dresses I received, I even changed my mind on my order and sending them back and changing was no problem! would definitely recommend them to other people!

I live in Liverpool so visiting the store in Scotland was absolutely not an option. It was a massive gamble for me and my nerves to order 3 bridesmaids dresses offline but oh my god, I am so so glad I used this company.

I ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses in total from TSD, 3 in one style and colour and the other 3 in another style and colour. I picked my favourite style and sent the other 3 dresses back. My money was refunded within a day of them receiving my return, which I need to say is exceptional considering it was an online order and usually, you wait a lot longer for refunds.

I discovered a small mark on one of the dresses I wanted to keep and after fittings, we realised one was too big. I sent back the two dresses, one to exchange sizes and one for the mark to be removed. The dresses were back with me within 5 days.

From placing the order all the way to having my exchange sent back to me, Kayleigh was absolutely amazing. The best person I’ve dealt with in every way. What a credit she is to the business.

Beautiful company and exceptional staff. I’ll be shouting this company from the rooftops for all bridesmaid needs.

Dress for My granddaughters prom was quick delivery and the dress is gorgeous she is going to look stunning

After a previous visit in autumn 2019 I was trying to order my girls bridesmaids dresses online and was worried about getting all of the details exactly right! Myself and 2 of the bridesmaids have young kids and my other bridesmaid lives in Doncaster, so coming back in to the store was unfortunately proving difficult. Kayleigh has been fantastic throughout this process, she was always quick to respond to any queries I had and reassured me every step of the way especially when it came to colour and delivery as i required a 12 week turnaround. The level of customer service during this stage has been so high and yet still very personal and friendly. It is interactions like this that help us brides stay cool calm and collected instead of turning into a bridezilla. Thanks for all your help Kayleigh! I cannot wait to receive the dresses and see my girls in them x

I honestly can’t fault this company at all! After having so much drama with a dress not fitting a bridesmaid they went above and beyond to help find the same one and were suggest every option to help save me spending unnecessary money!

Ordered some dresses and they arrived very quickly, after the company answered all my questions before ordering regarding sizing, unfortunately one of the dresses didn't fit ordered the bigger size, sent other one back and got a refund. Would highly recommend. Dresses are very good quality

Never went into the i shop ordered my bridesmaid dresses online. I did have to send the 1st lot of dresses back as they didn't quite fit the girls but the ladies at the shop made everything so easy and were so helpful in making my exchange as simple as easy as possible 😊 thank you so much x

I bought the Abigail Dress in Slate Grey and Mauve for my Lovely Bridesmaids, there was a slight hiccup with my items but That Special Day Bridal Warehouse were on the Ball Straight Away and had It All fixed in a Flash. Excellent Customer Service and Very Speedy Replies. The Dresses Themselves are Good Quality and the Colours are Gorgeous! I can't wait to see them all together on our Big Day :) Many thanks!
