Dresses arrived quickly, and where great quality.

I have only tried on one of the 2dresses and it fits like a glove no alterations needed won’t get the other one tried on till the 26/10/19

Dresses very long so will need taken up. Sizes are small, but this was specified before ordering and so would definatley recommend buying a size bigger. Good quality for the price paid. Overall happy with the dresses

Went to that special day today in Bathgate Shanna was just brilliant with my bridesmaids. We managed to get beautiful dresses and they were so reasonable. Nothing was too much trouble :)

Me, my bridesmaids and flower girls visited here on several occassions and everytime the girls were amazing. They listened to exactly what we wanted and catered to every need we had. They made the occassion very special and personal to us. Cant recommend this place highly enough.

I went to that special day and was made to feel like am the most important person in the room. Being an older bride was very nerve wracking but they did make me feel beautiful. Offering drinks and 100 % good customer service.

Alana and the girls were brilliant picked my amazing dress and couldn’t be happier can’t wait to go back now for my bridesmaids and flower girls dresses this is the place to go fantastic service start to finish everyone was very helpful and made me feel really comfortable

I just wanna say a massive thank you to Alana for your help looking for my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. On Saturday I said YES to the dress and she made me feel so special and we all felt so comfortable with her. Thanks again Alana from me and my girls x

What can I say this shop is amazing, I made my first appointment at this shop to just have a look, I wasn't buying a dress as it was my first appointment till I got there and it all changed, I bought my dream dress and my 9 bridesmaid dresses 😁 All the girls are lovely but a big extra thank you to Alana she is amazing she was so helpful and lovely made me feel so comfortable I could not have done without her.

Got my dress for my friends wedding.. Loved it. Fitted perfectly and I felt like a princess. Thanks to Vanessa for helping me. Gabby for fitting me and Alanna for booking and being so hospitable.

We went up for our second visit and Alana was absolutely amazing, greeted us and was asking all about my day. I was a bit worried about my dresses as they were getting made and had not seen them made or fitting my girls. Alana made me feel such at ease and when she showed me my dresses I was over the moon!! Cannot thank you enough for all your help with my girls and I will send you pictures of them in their dresses. Gillian xx

I have just been the Maid of Honor for my best friend's wedding and I had been left in a real mess after ordering a made-to-measure bridesmaid dress online elsewhere that took 6 weeks to arrive and was terribly ill fitting! I was left with very little time to replace the dress and came to ThatSpecialDay. They had a dress even more beautiful than my original dress and in a much more perfect shade of mint green. I messaged them to ask about the back of the dress as well as sizing and delivery times. They were extremely helpful, friendly and prompt with their responses so I ordered the dress on the Friday morning and Ashley got this sent out to me same day, meaning I received it the following morning in time for a pre booked fitting later that day. The dress was so perfect I needed minimal alterations, mainly just the length, and it looked beautiful on the big day. I'd like to thank ThatSpecialDay for their help and their excellent speedy service and for the beautiful quality dress they supplied. They really saved me in a moment of crisis. Cannot recommend enough.

I was in getting my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses with my three bridesmaids and my mum. Amazed with the shop. We were helped by Kayleigh and Alana who could not have been any more helpful. The girls were amazing and they really made our experience of the shop very special.

I was recently in with my daughter to pick her wedding dress. Vanessa was amazing with us all (2 bridesmaids, mother of the bride,mother of the groom and a very fussy bride) this did not phase her at all she was very professional and very educated in her product knowledge. Along with a gorgeous showroom we all felt very relaxed. Thank you for a great day will be recommending the store and Vanessa.

Recently purchased my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from the store. Our consultant Vanessa was very helpful and friendly with myself bridesmaids Mum and mother in law. Would highly recommend Vanessa as a consultant as she was very patient with us all even when we ran over our allotted time for both appointments. She offered many solutions to any issues and was very knowledgeable.

I have since returned as I had reservations about my dress before arrival I was very anxious and again Vanessa was fantastic and made me feel very at ease and reassured me that i am allowed to make changes without judgement or irritation.
