Fabulous!
To start, I was probably one of the most self conscious and nervous brides 🤷🏻♀️
After going to several different bridal stores and feeling uncomfortable and uneasy about trying on dresses and expressing my preferences I was sure “that special day” bridal shop would be the same.
How wrong was I!!
I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from stepping in the door.
I was greeted and asked if I wagnted a drink. My consultant sat down and asked what I liked and my preferences before heading to look at some dresses.
When it came to trying on the dresses, my bridal consultant filled me with confidence which I didn’t have within myself.
I tried on several dresses before finding ‘THE ONE’.
And then I knew! I found my perfect wedding dress finally!

Vanessa was a great asset throughout the whole process of getting my prom dress perfect, I'm really grateful for her friendly manner. The whole team were so approachable and the time taken to alter the dress to my fitting was incredible. Thank you so much!!

The service at special day bridal was amazing and I on my first visit to the store said yes to my dress... Alana went above and beyond to help me find the dress and I cant thank her enough. Anyone looking for their wedding dress, I would 100% recommend that special day bridal. Thanks again to Alana and the manager for making myself and my family feel welcome.

Alana was fabulous she helped me feel comfortable in my dress choice and was great with my bridesmaid and junior girls. We can't wait for big day all excited and we were put at ease by Alana and all staff helpful and patient. Would highly recommend this company for brides to be.

I ordered from here the beginning of …
I ordered from here the beginning of Jan with no goods arriving found out that yodel have signed for and claiming to have left my parcel outside I have now had to buy dresses elsewhere and still havent received a refund over a month later with the company blaming yodel when under the consumer rights act they are the ones liable for refunds etc! Stay clear happy to take your money but when u don't receive goods they don't want to refund u and just fob u off
