An excellent range of products and some good descriptions which is useful when trying out new ingredients. Our orders have been shipped no problem and even a change of delivery address was no problem and a great text telling us the name of the driver! Thank-you we will continue to use you and happy to recrecoment.

Nothing buy bad customer services and lack of communications, Order cancelled (before it shipped) and no refund was issued (as they promised) and no one responds to emails or calls.

The only thing I miss living in France is an Indian curry. Now, thanks to the excellent products, even I can make a delicious meal complete with all the trimmings.

I ordered Monday and I had my items Friday! It is a very short delivery time from the UK to Denmark. The only con was that I did not get a tracking number. Will buy from them again!

have used several times & seem OK but this last order was packaged very badly, over 30 kilograms in a lightweight box so the thing had burst open and most of the goods were simply not there. Sent email but no response. Will not use again, especially having seen other similar incidents on this and other sites.

If you haven't or don't, know where to buy you Asian food needs from, then trust me, you have found the place to go.
Brilliant service, free postage if you spend £29.99. and fantastic choice of products, I have to give them 5 stars.
Great to know there's somewhere to get those items which you can't find unless you live in a big city, and real easy to shop online.

Since my nearest Asian food store is a 60-mile round trip from where I live I was delighted to find this company online and even more delighted when my first order arrived swiftly with everything very well packaged. To have to spend just £30 in order to get free delivery is very reasonable indeed.
For my second order a member of staff was able to source, from their cash and carry facility, an item I wanted which was out of stock online, thus enabling me to receive everything I needed.
Quick response to email enquiries, courteous and helpful at all times with an amazingly quick delivery service, even out here in the sticks, I recommend this company to all my friends. Absolutely first class!

Very happy to use this site for spices and other groceries. I have used a few times now and they have always been efficient, both with delivery and customer service. Placed latest order on 15th Dec worth £108 and it was delivered next morning on 16th - Amazing Service.

Horrendous organisation to deal with....avoid at all costs. Ordered products on 1st December. By today (12 December) still not arrived after having chased twice already. They advised the couriers they use (DPD) said they attempted to deliver on 8th December and delivery was refused and item was tagged to be returned. This is complete nonsense so either DPD are taking them for a ride or Asian Cookshop have fabricated this pile of nonsense to cover their own backs.
Asian Cookshop do not pick up their telephone and don't respond quickly to emails. They show no interest whatsoever in doing anything to be quite frank to facilitate the delivery. In the 12 days since placing this order I have placed numerous orders with other online suppliers, all of which have been delivered free and within two working days.
This lot are a complete set of incompetents and I would recommend anyone considering buying from them to avoid the stress and frustration I have encountered do far.
They are a disgrace and do not deserve to be in business. Best Advice: avoid and use someone else.

Products ordered very good and very good value for money, would certainly like to use you you again but for your delivery service, you have to be warned about your delivery carriers. I have just received my order after 4 days but it would have been sooner if the carrier had not delivered to the wrong address, they made know attempt to deliver to me, delivered to a different address but even then did not deliver to that house but dropped the parcel behind some bikes on that persons property, so hence no signatures received and no cards placed in letter box stating trying to deliver. So hence will not use this company again unless you can improve your delivery.

Being a keen and varied cook who enjoys preparing dishes from scratch I find that the Asian Cookshop has a wide choice of spices etc. to enable me to do this.

This is the second order that I have placed with them and on both occasions the service I received from placing the order to receiving the consignment has been second to none. The items were well packed and the delivery extremely quick.......................I live in a remote village in the South of France.

Would I order from them a third time.......................DEFINITELY.

I have now ordered two lots of food/ingredients from Theasiancookshop and am extremely impressed by both customer service and, moreover, quality of the food! Very reasonably priced and the free DPD delivery for items that cost over £30 is impeccable. I will certainly be using Theasiancookshop for all our future purchases. Came across this Great site for Foodies whilst Googling for Asian Grocery. The Asian Cookshop have a HUGE collection of Grocery and Cooking Ingredients at very reasonable prices.
I ordered a mix of spices, sauces, rice, a wok and other ingredients including hard to find items like Lump Sugar and Fresh Galangal and everything delivered well packaged and ontime. No complaints and will tell all my friends and family.
Also a special mention to Ki at Sales for all the pre-order advice given and also for the tips sent afterwards regarding seasoning etc. Really a nice touch and I have a perfectly seasoned wok, ready to go! Will be back for more soon.

I purchased over £60 of ingredients to make up some large batches of Indonesian pastes.

Three of the weighed ingredients were short by 100g.

Noticing a few days later when I went to start making the batches I reported it to the Sales and they took 3 days to respond. Not only that, they won't make good on what amounts to be only few pounds of ingredients because I needed to report it in 24 hours (even though I verified their presence on delivery - just not their weight).

The produce to be fair was below average, The galangal was very tough and bark like making it unusable no matter how much it was ground. The red chillies showing signs of mould.

I will never buy from them again and I would highly recommend to anyone to go anywhere but with theaisancookshop.co.uk

I was first recommended to the Asian Cookshop by Rick Stein's India as a place to buy authentic spices & ingredients and have used them a number of times now. They offer an extensive range at very good prices and they even stocked the hard to find 'Dagarfull' for Ricks Chettinad Chicken Curry!
All round a very good service, especially for those away from the major cities. It is also quite rare to find shops still offering Free Delivery but thankfully the Asian Cookshop do for a reasonable order of £30 - Also a big thankyou to Mia for your help with my inquiries, your emails were very informative and actually adds a 'local' feel to online ordering that is quite rare. Ordered my spices etc on Friday and received in southern Spain on Wednesday, just 3 working days very fast service and everything was packed very well. Always buy from the asian cookshop and will continue to do so.

Great choice of product on the website. Pricing competitive, website easy to use, order delivered a day earlier than expected. All good!

We never received the goods we paid for. We contacted the company several times, they did not seem interested. They were very slow to respond, did not apologise or make any effort to correct the situation.
