Do not use theatreticketsdirect. Appalling customer service. Asked if I could have my £50 vouchers extended given they expired by a couple of weeks
while we were in lockdown only to be told it was our fault and we should of ignored the worldwide pandemic and booked a future date anyway. No offer of compensation and no phone number to discuss so easy to provide such a terrible customer service.

Appalling customer service. Asked if I could have my £200 vouchers extended given they expired while we were in lockdown, and we were also having to shield given we have a vulnerable person in the family/house. Outright told no and that it was our fault that we didn't book a future date during lockdown even though we haven't been sure of the roadmap for theatres reopening. There are plenty more accommodating and customer friendly ticket sites out there. Would also note that they do not advertise a customer services phone number incase you need to discuss an issue with them

Amazing service, quick and efficient. Got my show rescheduled with no issues and print at home tickets are very handy.

Customer service is unprofessional and truly appauling. I had booked tickets for the 12th May and as theatres are not opening until the 17th i queried what the process is for rebooking or refunds. I got told there isnt one and i should just keep checking in and see what happens- nothing proactive from them, no email to reassure customers of what is happening etc. On my latest check back in i just got a one liner 'no update yet sorry' all the responses i have had from them are flippant and border on rude and i get sense i am being fobbed off. Every other company i have dealt with has a plan with their suppliers. I used them as i was given a voucher but in future i will be buying direct.

We have vouchers for cancelled theatre performances which are now 2 years old and about to expire. Theatres remain closed. Theatre Tickets Direct will not process a refund.

My company bought many gift vouchers from this company for employees to be able to support the theatre industry (and have a nice time!). However, my most recent voucher has expired, obviously I did not use it due to the pandemic and the theatres being closed for the past year. My fault, of course, but I have not been checking expiry dates on vouchers for things we cannot do. I've asked for the voucher to be extended so I can support the theatres as they start to reopen (and see some jolly fine shows) but I have been informed that Theatre Tickets Direct will be keeping that £150 all for themselves and there is no way they can possibly move on that. I will recommend my company never buys tickets from this company again.

I have a voucher expiring in April 2021 and have been told no extensions would be applied to the voucher. Considering Covid has had a huge impact and the uncertainty with what is going on I cannot believe they have refused to extend the voucher. I will never be booking through this site and I recommend everyone to steer clear unless they have a date in mind to book tickets

Quick to reply and deal with my query, which is often a rarity with many businesses. Satisfactory resolution offered regarding my rescheduled show. Would recommend.

Got a voucher last for xmas from them, they extended the voucher so I could use it next year due to everything being shut this year. Nandeep was so kind and very helpful and really quick at replying. Really easy to use the voucher.

The company has sent no information regarding a refund. Facebook posts said that they would refund but nothing has happened. You can only contact through the site not call. They have not responded to 3 of my requests. AWEFUL service for price paid!

Booked tickets for Hairspray but due to Covid it was postponed. No information came from Theatre Tickets Direct. I found out that it has been rescheduled for April/May 2021 through Facebook so got in touch with them. The ticket price had gone up and I was made to pay the difference, which I did not agree with. I have tried on several occasions to complain but I have had no response or acknowledgement from them. I am deeply disappointed how they treat their customers especially as it was a birthday present for my daughter.

Saw The Book of Mormon which we really enjoyed. I bought the tickets for a discount on Theatre Tickets Direct. It's the fourth time I've used this site and I would happily use again. Good price and easy to use.

The ticket processing, was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend other's to buy tickets from there if looking to take out anyone for a play.

We booked tickets with Theatre Tickets Direct for dinner and the theatre.

The dinner venue had a private event and therefore we had to find and pay for our own dinner. On informing them they wouldn't reimburse the out of pocket expenses that I incurred due to their error and I got a small refund which didn't cover dinner.

Would not recommend booking with them at all.

Theatre Tickets Direct got us some great seats at a good discount and the play "Noises Off" is well worth seeing. Clever script, well acted with lots of energy and very funny. I recommend the agency and the play.
