I found some Theatre Tokens which were gifted to me several years ago. Having failed to register them at the time, I had some trouble finding out how to do it. My query email was responded to in hours (despite emailing on a Sunday) and the issue was resolved the following day. Such a lovely, positive approach and I genuinely felt that nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service. Thank you.

Super easy to buy vouchers on line and Henry was so helpful and speedy when my gift recipients lost track of their vouchers. Highly recommended.

A company is best measured in the way it handles problems - in this case caused by me sending to the recipients no longer used email address. I got an immediate and polite response to say that the token had been redirected to the correct address. What's also great about these is that they're not person specific which makes them flexible + there's no expiry date!

Discovered some very old Theatre Tokens tucked in a drawer. Sent photos and they were replaced immediately for new digital tokens. The team at Theatre Tokens were helpful and efficient and now I have an unexpected theatre trip to look forward to!

We purchased an e voucher for a friend's retirement, a couple of days later we realised we had given the wrong email address for the recipient. I contacted customer services by email and received a reply almost instantly. Kay sorted out the problem for us & our friend received her voucher within a couple of minutes. Fantastic customer service from Kay. I had originally ordered the tokens by post to send on to a friend (I wanted 'physical' vouchers). I received them fine from Theatre Tokens but they then got lost in the post when I sent them on. I contacted customer services and within 10 minutes I received a reply and re-issued tokens (e-tokens this time!). I really recommend this company

Sadly I lost my token and thought “ah well, that’s that then” but then I thought “maybe they can find it for me…”. So I contacted them and Kay has been wonderful. She’s retrieved the lost token and it only took a couple of days. THANK you Kay.

I received a prompt response to my email, and Kay’s can-do attitude meant I received a replacement very quickly. The entire process was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free.

Found a very old Theatre Token that had been tucked away in random perform. I was pleased that it said there was no expiry date. I called the theatre to book tickets and they asked for a PIN number. I didn’t have one so emailed Theatre Tokens and they emailed straight back, said to remove the foil on the front of the token and use last 4 digits of the number. Worked perfectly and tickets booked within 24 hours. Great customer service and a perfect gift token that doesn’t expire - mine were from 2011!

First class, prompt service. Couldn’t get my voucher to work on theatre web sites. Contacted Theatre Tokens who guided me through and gave me a contact list of theatres for help if it happened again on their site. Voucher redeemed now, so looking forward to the show!. I wanted to use my theatre token voucher to book a show but could not find my original email with the whole card number and pin. I contacted customer services and I received a prompt reply (literally 2 minutes later!) from a lovely lady called Kay who managed to support me and re-send my voucher through so I could use this. Might I add, this was also on a Friday afternoon, so naturally I was not expecting a reply until next week. Fantastic customer service, can’t get better than that. Thank you Kay!
