The Big Kitchen Centre 

I ordered my oven, hob, extractor and sink package on a Wednesday and I had confirmation that it would be delivered on Friday, First thing Friday mornong I had a very apologetic phone call saying that they were out of stock of the oven, and the it would be delivered on Thursday. On thursday morning I had a phone call saying the my order would be delivered at around 2 pm, it arrived at 11.45. Great service, great friendly comunication.

We were looking for a specific sink which The Big Kitchen Centre had available at the lowest online price. The sink was delivered within two days, well packaged . Highly recommended retailer.

Thanks for delivery of my items well packed and in good order only gripe i have is getting my items took longer than i was told when i bought them.Only email was when they were dispatched then saying would expect them in another 36 hours bit more customer contact would def make whole experience 5 star,Cheers anyway.

A first class service, dispached when they told me it would be, arrived the next day. Would be very happy to recommend them and would definately use them again.

I ordered a well priced sink and tap on Wednesday evening. On Thursday morning I got an email to say it was being dispatched on the Friday and would take up to 36 hours to deliver although most items would be dleivered next working day. We really needed the sink for the Friday so I called them straight away to ask if it would be possible to dispatch that day (hoping it would be dleivered the next day). The guy checked with the warehouse who said yes and we got our sink on Friday morning, and it was fitted Friday afternoon - result!!

The order process was straight forward and the goods were delivered in good condition. Prices were very good.
The reason for 4 star and not five is the delivery system needs improving since 36 hours (longer if near a weekend) is not very customer friendly. The people at the Big Kitchen Centre need to understnad that waiting in all day and (in my case 2 days) is not acceptable to busy people. B&Q and others can deliver within 1/2 a day so why can't the BKC??

The web site provided the kind of detail that allowed the right choice to be made. Prices were competitive and delivery was efficient. Goods well packed. Would consider using this company again for future purposes.

Bought a sink & waste and found it to be the best priced compared to other retailers. It was delivered within a week and well packaged.
I was not in too much of a hurry but would have liked to have been given the option of earlier delivery if possible.

Ordered a product on internet. I admit that the prices are very competitive. The company would be great unless something goes wrong. Then customer service issues really shine through. I was very disappointed and it looks like I will have to claim a refund through Paypal. I would always suggest paying this way as it gives you protection. The item was glass and delivered to my back garden without a signature. When I got home, I found the product and picked the box up which it was obvious that the item was broken as you could hear thebroken glass, it was obviously broken into little pieces. I told the company by email and firstly they told me that I had to take a picture of the broken glass, I advised I didn't want to do this as I would get bits of glass all over house. They have been very difficult throughout and expect me to stay in a whole day so they can pick the damaged item up. I told them I didn't sign for this one so will leave it in the back garden where it was left. They are refusing to give a refund and best suggestion is that I get a neighbour to stay in all day to get the item picked up.

Do not use this company, spend a little more money with a company that values customer service. You certainly wouldn't get treated like this at B&Q.
