Good Service
Ordered a built-in combi microwave to replace broken one, so needed one to fit the existing space. Measurments and information on the web-site were good, parcel arrived in good condition, so no problems there. However one little niggle was that the e-mail regarding delivery states delivery will be within 36 hours of dispatch and as you don't know exactly when it's dispatched, makes it difficult to make sure your home.
Overall very happy with the product and the company.

We were looking for a 90cm cooker hood and were quoted £249 from a leading DIY store. The Big Kitchen company supplied a very similar model, for £109. The additional delivery charges were reasonable and they delivered within a few days. Now, if they could fit kitchens for free.........

Ordered a cooker hood extractor and splashback, this was the cheapest company and had stock available where others said they had and actually hadnt. Delivery was good, instructions followed exactly and was delivered in good condition.

Great price, item and delivery
Ordered a fan heater for the kitchen - it fits under the units at floor level. This was the cheapest internet price, delivery was sooner than quoted, item (including packaging) arrived in perfect condition, it was easy to install, and it does the job really well.
