First arriving at Broadway studios everyone was so welcoming! I was about 30 mins early to my shoot and the promptly was put in the chair for my facial, make up and hair! The woman who did my hair was very fun and we had a good laugh! My make up was fab and exactly how I asked for!

The photographer was great! As I was doing a boudoir shoot and wasn’t sure about how I would feel about it, he made me feel extremely relaxed and confident!

I would definitely recommend going if you get the chance and have a day of luxury!

I recently had a photoshoot at Broadway Studios and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The studio was clean, well-lit, and equipped with professional-grade equipment and a variety of backdrops. I had such an amazing experience with my 6 month old daughter, the staff were so friendly, polite and professional. The MUA also did a good job with my make up! The photos came out so beautiful with good quality, and with loads of discounts I paid them in very reasonable price! I highly recommend them and definitely going back for another photoshoot in the future!

Just a heads-up for anyone considering booking one of those "free photoshoot" deals — my recent experience raised a few red flags:

📲 Contact List Exploitation: The receptionist asked me to download a third-party app that would access my full contact list. They wanted to cold-call my friends and family about the shoot — and in exchange, I’d get a discount. It felt invasive and really crossed a line.

💸 Last-Minute Pressure to Spend: While the shoot was technically free, they wait until the end to reveal how expensive the photo packages are. If you decline, they guilt you — “Why bother with the shoot if you’re not buying any images?”

🖼️ Prints Offered — But Lower Quality: They did offer a couple of printed photos as part of the basic package, but the quality isn’t great, and they clearly use that as a tactic to upsell the digital versions.

I did manage to walk away with the minimum spend because some of the images were admittedly shot okay, but the experience felt pushy and manipulative.

Just be cautious — always ask for full pricing upfront, and think twice before handing over access to your personal contacts.

Broadway studios is wonderful me and my family had a lovely time the staff are all very kind and I appreciate them taking their time with us the pictures came out perfect a great place for every occasion 😊

Overall pleasant experience, all the staff members were chill and had good senses of humour. Amazing photographer, Very accommodating. Only downside was the wait but everything else was great I’d definitely recommend

The Studio has different backgrounds and different setups and the studios is specialist at family portraits.
We had our newborn clicked with them and photos were amazing.
We were very happy at the end after seeing the final presentation The photographer we had did his amazing work.

I’ve never signed up to any photo shoot or shown interest in this company yet they’ve been calling/hounding on private number for the last 3 weeks.
I picked up whilst at work last week.
Unhinged company hounding strangers. It’s obviously a massive scam but as they’re on private number you can’t help but check as I always think it’s the hospital calling.

I don't usually like taking pictures, but my experience at Brodway Studio completely changed that! From thge warm and professional customer service, to all the helpful information, a stunning beauty makeover, and the incredible photographer - every detail was handled with care and excellence. I felt seen, confident, and truly special. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel beautiful and empowered!

Had a family shoot with just my daughter and I. My daughter is a typical 2 year old and the staff were brilliant. They even had toys to keep her occupied, which helped massively with the wait. Photographer allowed for extra time to change and even had small props to keep her focused on the camera. Really enjoyed the day.

Absolutely one of the best photo studio I've ever been to. Staff warm, friendly and helpful. Photographer absolutely amazing and great with kids. The make up artist did a fabulous job.
Will definitely do future photoshoots with them.

I initially became aware of this business when they cold-called from a private number three times over three days. The caller claimed that a friend had recommended me for a free photo session and makeover. They used a name I had never heard of, which raised immediate concerns. I am a 46-year-old man with no interest in this service and do not live in the area. If a business has to rely on cold calling random strangers to drum up business, it's a sign of deeper problems.
Upon researching the company, I discovered an overwhelming number of negative reviews spanning several years, many of which describe experiences identical to mine. The complaints highlight troubling patterns of misleading offers, coercive sales tactics, and unethical behavior. Below is a small selection of excerpts from these reviews:

Based on my experience and the evidence I've found, I strongly recommend avoiding this business. Thoroughly research alternatives before making any commitments—it could save you a lot of frustration. Further to this I did not provide consent for my personal information, including my phone number, to be shared, and I believe the same applies to the majority of individuals being contacted by this business.

I arranged this for my mum for her 60th birthday and was a little nervous for what to expect. She had the most lovely day and was incredibly pleased from start to finish.
All of the staff were lovely, and imperatively, the whole family felt very relaxed and comfortable, including my stubborn 2 year old son!

I found your offer of £25 that include 5 pictures, makeup, hairstyle and £15 return to me very generous. Your staffs were very helpful, warm, caring and talented specially the hairdresser.
You offered free beverages and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Your female photographer was genial. She even helped me to iron my dress!
Rooms for improvement are concerning the long waiting time to see and to select the photos. The photographer background paper use for photos shooting was damaged at the bottom. This gave a funny expression!
Otherwise I spent a wonderful time.
