I arranged this for my mum for her 60th birthday and was a little nervous for what to expect. She had the most lovely day and was incredibly pleased from start to finish.
All of the staff were lovely, and imperatively, the whole family felt very relaxed and comfortable, including my stubborn 2 year old son!

I found your offer of £25 that include 5 pictures, makeup, hairstyle and £15 return to me very generous. Your staffs were very helpful, warm, caring and talented specially the hairdresser.
You offered free beverages and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
Your female photographer was genial. She even helped me to iron my dress!
Rooms for improvement are concerning the long waiting time to see and to select the photos. The photographer background paper use for photos shooting was damaged at the bottom. This gave a funny expression!
Otherwise I spent a wonderful time.

From booking to customer service to the shoot, everything was superb! This was my first photo shoot, and it truly boosted my confidence and lifted my spirits. The team was incredibly attentive, ensuring everything worked well for me, and they showed genuine compassion throughout the process. I absolutely loved the experience and will definitely be back soon.

They were very professional and friendly. I would recommend them anyday. The photographer was quite experienced and creative.

Came in for a few prints, left with digital copies. Very satisfied with the whole experience; from the MUA who was so gentle and considerate regarding a specific look I wanted. The hair, I couldn’t stop receiving compliments the whole time!!! Amazing. The photographer was an absolute artist, constantly tweaking with the lighting to get the best results. All the staff members, especially Emanuella, was so welcoming.

We had a really wonderful experience. Our appoint was an early one, so we had the place mainly to ourselves for a while, which was lovely. The makeup artists are very sweet, and Chelsea was great with my hair (I’m a black woman and was wearing a v part kinky wig).

My advice is utilise the ‘double your money if you pay in advance’ offer, as the temptation to buy on the day may be too much to resist, and at least if you use the offer, you’ll get more for your money.

Went with my two daughters and had such an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The photographer and make up artists were fantastic—patient, creative, and really knew how to capture beautiful moments. The whole process was seamless, and we had so much fun together. The final photo will cherish these memories forever- thank you everyone

We got offered the free photoshoot and the whole experience was great ! We ended up paying much more as we took 20 pictures 😅 it was a bit long though ( I had a month old baby ). My advice, have a max amount you want to spend and stick with it!

The customer service was excellent. They took great care of us on the day. My daughter and I had a wonderful experience and the photos were outstanding.

There's no way this scam company is deserving of anything north of a 1.0. Any review that is anything above a 1 is suspect.

They contact you from a private number and give you a name of someone who recommended you as a customer for "a free photoshoot". The only problem: the name they gave me was not someone I know. He then gave me another name, again, a complete stranger to me. When I pressed him for some specific information he hung up. You can't call back because it's a blocked number.

Read the other reviews about their aggressiveness and the private number/cold calling. You can see in several google review that they are baiting and switching. Likewise, it's clear they are manifesting a cold call sheet, likely illegally.

The service was impeccable and the staff were friendly. I didn't feel like i was working at all, It was such a fun shoot. And to top it all, the pictures were exquisite. I would definitely recommend to my friends.

I had a photoshoot with my best friend and we had the most amazing time! Everyone was so nice and welcoming from when you walk through the door to when you leave. My makeup was stunning and the photoshoot itself was so much fun, we were laughing and enjoying the whole experience. There are a lot of different backdrops that can be used to create different style shots for each outfit we chose.
I would definitely recommend, it's a great confidence boost!

Upon arrival, all the staff greeted me which was lovely. The experience as a first timer was brilliant, they catered my whole session around me- what type of photos would you like, any particular set theme, etc. Would do it again at Broadway Studios!

I had a lovely time visiting Broadway Studios recently. The staff were all very welcoming and chatty, and made me feel very comfortable. They understood what I needed the photos for and helped me choose what to wear and how to pose accordingly.

I had a photoshoot on the 6th of Jan and it was an amazing experience, it felt good to be modelling for the camera again!

This was our first photo shoot. The team was pleasant from the moment we stepped in through the door. It was an amazing experience. Everyone was patient, kind and very helpful. We had a great time, so much that I'm planning another one. Thank you so much for the memories

I had a very memorable afternoon - taken care of by the hair and makeup team to begin with and then had a great session with the photographer James. The studio was so spacious and versatile and I had time to change into three outfits. The session afterwards with the advisor was also very good and made the experience feel more personal and tailored. Was also a brilliant way to promote the company and sessions to friends and family.

My experience was great. Had a wonderful time. Was made comfortable by my makeup artist and was happy with the look. The photographer was good and made me feel like a model.

Broadway studios review

Should’ve checked the reviews before coming. I get a call about how I’ve been referred to attend a free photoshoot in London. I was excited and made my way to London, which, I live in Somerset so it was a proper journey to get there. I’m just going to make some bullet points because it feels easier than a paragraph.

- Unless you pay hundreds of pounds for digital versions, your photos are about as good as fridge pictures because they would own the rights to the images so you could get into legal trouble for posting them or using them for anything.

- they wanted loads of my contacts as referrals BEFORE I found out how pricey it was going to be. Kind of uncomfortable situation to be in now that the cat’s out of the bag. In fact they roped me in with the name ‘broadway studios’ and by calling me by my first name. Masterminds I swear.

- The photos are incredibly mid. The poses I was being suggested to make felt very JC penny and the makeup didn’t compliment my features very well, although I will say the makeup artist was lovely. Same with the photographer.

- I was making my upset quite clear to the person showing me my pictures and so they offered me a discount, which, was still a huge stretch for me, and was made to feel like I should be grateful for this generous offer which felt a little gaslighty.

- When I mentioned that I had incredible photographer friends and I should’ve just turned to them, they gaslit me by saying things about how unique their photos are etc… which just isn’t true x)

- Basically felt really icky and used by the end of it. Really tuned into my fawn response… would not recommend this experience. Preying on weakness like a predator.

My experience was made great by the fact that i was very well looked after as were my kids they were given colouring to keep them busy
