I was referred from a friend and thought it would be fun as my partner and I had recently got engaged, which overall it was!
Friendly staff and nice studio, we were offered soft drinks whilst waiting after having my makeup done. Brilliant and friendly photographer who guided our poses well.
Felt quite pressured to spend a lot of money on photos after the photoshoot and I had to be firm to say I don’t want to spend more then I did and for the amount of photos it was quite overpriced.

We had a wonderful experience at the studio. The staff was professional and accommodating from the very start, guiding us through each step of the process. The environment was very family friendly. They respected my daughter’s decision to wear the hijab during the shoot and also arranged for a female makeup artist and a private area to ensure her comfort. The photographer was equally attentive to her needs and produced high-quality photos. We also appreciated having plenty of time to review the images and make our selections. Although the prices were slightly higher than expected, the overall experience was excellent

Originally when I received the call I never thought this would be the experience I ever thought it would be. From the time my best friend and I stepped into the door, we was blown away! We both were apprehensive about getting our make up done, once they had finished I was blown away at how glamours I looked and felt. The whole day was amazing.

When viewing the pictures each one was incredible, I could have literally sat there and bought them all. Down to the positioning, quality and angles; it was perfect. I would definitely go in a heartbeat and recommend anyone else there. Such an out of the world experience with beautiful pictures to always remember the occasion

Good day, but had to wait a long time to view the photos. Surely this could be done in less time.

I attended here with my child a few weeks ago and was good until the discussion of money came up.
During viewing the photos, I advised the viewing assistant that the amount he was requesting was out of my budget and I did not expect to spend that amount on the day.
He continued to offer the photos, with discounts and extra photos but still I did not feel comfortable to spend this amount of money.
In the end after feeling the pressure, he agreed to take bank details to reserve the photos ONLY, until he called me to change them over. We NEVER agreed for payment to be taken from this card.
I noticed almost a week later that payment had been taken. I didn’t even have the photos as we didn’t get that far into the discussion as I had not made payment or even agreed to. I contacted the Broadway studios immediately to request the funds are refunded to my account and to not proceed with sending the photos. Since then I have been continuously dismissed, ignored and dealt with ridiculously rude people who have no empathy and don’t care about anything but the money. This is morally wrong! I have requested to speak with the viewing assistant on several occasions and my request has always been dismissed with, he’s not working or he doesn’t speak with outside clients. Well, this is a lie because he tried calling me after the shoot. I even attended the studio as I found I was not getting anywhere via email or over the phone. I am absolutely outraged with how this experience has been handled. It’s a waste of time putting forward a complaint because no matter who you speak with, you’re not listened to and you’re just continuously dismissed. Essentially, you don’t get anywhere. I’ve expressed on several occasions, they have put me in a horrible financial position by withdrawing these funds. No other options have been provided, ie refunding the funds to my account and take payment another way as originally agreed. The lady who always takes my calls is patronising. I am not sure who is lying between her or the viewing assistant regarding the conversation we had on the day. Communication within the company has been poor on their end but I have taken a loss for it. I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They are not trustworthy or honest and just come across as money grabbers. I whole heartedly regret attending this studio and do not wish to ever deal with people like this ever again. They have continuously been calling the people I recommended to get them in, they do not take no as an answer. I’m sure they called me 3/4 times a day to book me in. I should’ve taken the hint from there! Do not book here, go to another studio where your concerns are valued and listened to. Avoid here at all all costs!!!

I had a very good experience with Broadway studios. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Offered us drinks upon arrival. The makeup artist listened to what I like and applied changes were necessary. The photographer helped us with positioning and poses to choose from. At the end with the photo viewing the guy was very patient and helpful. Gave us options of photos that were a no, yes or maybe and made us feel very comfortable.

Overall the experience was very good. The studio is quite well organised, staff members were professional, welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The end result of the photos was excellent. Photos are professionally taken in studios equipped with different features to create various backgrounds. It felt though a bit rushed when preparing between different looks, and my make-up (the mother) could have been better. Instead, my daughter's make-up was perfect. It was a pricey but fun experience!

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, kept me updated during my wait and overall great service. The photographer was brilliant as well, a great photoshoot. All round comfortable experience, the staff deserve a lot of credit!

Hospitable and friendly staff. My photographer was good at directing me and would encourage me with the poses that were more flattering.
My image consultant was good at advising me in choosing the photos and had a good laugh with him.

Good location as it's next door to Brixton food Hall and can pop to it for some food.

Amazing day from start to finish warm and welcoming staff and a lovely day getting pampered with hair and makeup and the lovely lady that took all the photos was really helpful with the kinda photo shoots I was looking for would definitely go again🤩

I had a wonderful time at broadway studios and was absolutely delighted with my photos - they are so professional! My hair and makeup was done beautifully and the photographer was so talented and was happy to try all my ideas during the photoshoot. The staff were so friendly and gave me lots of time and support when choosing my photos. Would definitely recommend!!

they seem to make people give out numbers for 'referrals/ recommendations' to get the 'free' things promised. multiple friends have either apologised for giving them numbers or given my number out and I've received weird calls. weird business model

Great experience overall. Very welcoming stuff, you feel treated and taken care of. It was my first photoshoot and the photographer was really great in guiding me and suggesting poses and backgrounds. Be ready to wanting to purchase a lot of photos at the end as they are all great! (Check prices)

They communicated well, looked after the children and I, especially my son who has autism so the communication between him and the photographer was excellent. The pictures are great and I didn't feel pushed to buy, and paying interest free is great as there were so many good ones!

I had a wonderful experience during my photoshoot, they were very accommodating to myself and my daughter. I loved the pictures that were taken and I will definitely be coming back in the future for more pictures to be taken.

Great customer service and the whole experience was great

I came here this time last year with my friend after being referred by somebody I knew. We were both under the impression that the whole experience, a photoshoot, was free, minus the booking deposit, however when we got there it was a different story.

The first half was good, we had fun getting our makeup applied, and have nothing bad to say about the young lady who did our actual photos. She was polite, funny, made us feel completely at ease, she was amazing and was the best part about our day!

After this however, we felt extremely pressured to refer 100 people via text message, and pretty uncomfortable to be honest. When we received our photos, the lady who showed us them made inappropriate and belittling comments on our bodies/appearances, which left us feeling extremely disappointed.

In addition to this, we were told the free copies of our photos were key chain size and in a sense 'pointless' to receive, so we inevitably felt inclined to upgrade to digital copies.

The whole thing felt extremely misleading and my friend and I left Brixton with a sour taste in our mouths.

Everybody was so accomodating and willing to explain what was going on, as I had never had a photoshoot before! My make-up artist helpfully explained what each product would do in front of a camera (as I never wear make-up), and my photographer put my nerves at ease so kindly, and the gentleman who took me through my photos afterwards was incredibly kind and patient. I reccomended it to many people!
