Terrible customer service

Terrible service on Black Friday weekend. Made 2 orders on the day worth over £200 and they only managed to send one correct item. One order was not sent for over a week and the ONE piece I really wanted that I ordered on the sales was then “out of stock” and I was refunded, there was no offer to replace the item with something similar and I then missed out on any similar deals. They didn’t even know what order had been sent or what sizes or items had been sent either. With the other order they send the incorrect sized mystery box and this was a gift for a friend who was going travelling, they refused to refund the item at first but eventually agreed to it around 2 weeks later. Terrible customer service and response times very slow.

Thank you for your review. I am terribly sorry for the experience you have had with us, this is certainly not something we want for our customers. The Black Friday weekend is the busiest time of year for online retail, as a result our response times can sometimes take a little longer than we’d like, which was outlined to you in our previous correspondence via email.

Regarding your refund delay, I believe this has been sorted between yourself and our Customer Services team, with the delay resulting from your raising of a PayPal claim, which had to be closed by you before our refund (which we had attempted to make 1 week prior) would go through.

If you wish to discuss any of this further please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Many thanks and apologies once again for your experience with us. Being a small business we strive to deal with any and every problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Purchased item on Friday in a Black…

Purchased item on Friday in a Black Friday deal, which was advertised as still in stock for many hours after I purchased it. I was then told on Tuesday that the item was out of stock and that I would be refunded. Due to the long delay in telling me the item was out of stock I have lost out on any similar deals.

Very fast to take money from you..

Very fast to take money from you. But when you call them about an enquiry to cancel your shipment, you can’t even contact them! Also, returns are NOT free.
