Very professional and an excellent, speedy service. I have never needed to use a service like this before and I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy Katy made the whole process. All of the letters we needed were sent out and received well within our timeframes.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. We paid £1100 for printing and delivery of 5000 important leaflets where we live. They delivered approx 10% of agreed postcodes and have not returned any money to date. They claimed GPS proved they were in the area.

Abysmal. MYLES promised to deliver our very important MAIL. Sent in with no response after weeks. Put up a review which provoked MYLES into a response. Promised to deliver and yet again, let down. Abysmal. . .
This is a follow on to his REPLY. Not even an offer of apology just a straight Defence. I sent the order to the address as per GOOGLE, their own WEBSITE and I am to BLAME? Truth is nothing like the reply received. Not in any way shape or form will I accept the REPLY. Trust me, GO ELSEWHERE if you want a successful order and loose this HOME addressed MIDDLE MAN. . .

Andrew, we quoted your job and heared nothing from you until you posted your letters to the wrong address of which we do not operate out of. We had no order confirmed, we simply quoted you on your bulk postage requirements, and then you send the letters to an address that was the wrong one. I have passed you the details of the company that you sent them to, so you can contact to see if they have your letters. If you had ordered with us, we would have told you the address to send your letters to, as we do with all of our clients who send anything to us. The issue here is you sent the letters to the wrong address and we get the blame for this. Happy to discuss over the phone, or if you can get the letters from the company that you sent them to, we can mail these for you. Thank you, Myles Robinson
Be wary - no goods despite paying
Order placed and invoice paid in February by a not for profit organisation. Still chasing them over 5 months later for a refund as no communication since invoice was paid.

Absolutely fantastic service from start…
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, i really do not know how anyone could not rate this company 5 star.
I mailed 25,000 postcards for our life insurance business and the return was that good we are looking at doing this monthly.
Special thanks to Miles he was a great help and very knowledgeable.

Do not use this company for important or time sensitive mailings. The 5-7 business day service we were quoted took 6 weeks to arrive. The support staff were constantly unavailable and no one returned any calls. I will not use them again.
