With a 4 year warranty and 10% discount, I could ask for more despite a little bit of wait. Patience is virtue, thank you EDUStore, will always recommend you.
Full order not dispatched
Full order not dispatched. No indication when the remainder of the order will be dispatched. 2 emails sent and no reply to either.
Staring to think I might need to contact my credit card company for a refund as the education store are not replying to any communication.
Disappointing as my previous experiences have been positive.
GOOD STUFF
Everything was great when I got my laptop a few months ago, they're only falling behind on deliveries now because lack of supply from Apple
Ordered a macbook pro 14 inch on 21st…
Ordered a macbook pro 14 inch on 21st november 2021. Got it at a price cheaper £167 than apple’s education store. Promised to deliver within 30 days, then after 30 days was clarified it is 30 working days and then when it was already 30 working days, they said they’re chasing apple for stock. They had really bad customer service. If u find it worth the wait then by all means go for this site if it’s cheaper and especially if it’s in stock. But if it’s not in stock, they can be unpredictable at times and have mixed reviews about that. My laptop arrived on 30th of January 2022. More than 2 months of waiting! Overall, im not very pleased but i do enjoy the discount so yeah 3 stars for that.
10 weeks, no delivery, no refund, no reaponse
Ordered a Macbook in November. Delivery was said to be within 30 days. It's now been over two months. I chased and had no response. I then sent a cancellation message and have not had any response or refund two weeks later. I'm now going to have to go through the bank to get my money back.
Yes, the prices are good, but the wait is long and the radio silence makes dealing with any issues impossible. I ordered from Currys in the end and had one the next day.
I'd also point out all the positive reviews on here are made by users with no other review left and are surprisingly positive and claiming to have received delivery within days. This goes against the experiences of many, as shown in the reviews and discussions on other pages.
Worth the wait...
Ordered a 14" M1 Macbook Pro on 9th December & it arrived at the start of Feb. Slightly longer than stated time for delivery but understandable given the period included Christmas & New year (& even Apple has 30 day lead time ATM).
MacBook Pro
I ordered a MacBook Pro, and it took longer than 30 days to arrive as there was no stock from Apple. However, my queries were promptly replied to and I was offered an option to cancel my order and have a full refund. However, Apple's delivery times were also long, so I decided to wait it out and eventually my new shiny computer was delivered.
My order arrived very late (beyond the…
My order arrived very late (beyond the 30 day shipment period) and I received very little communication from EDUstore on this. I had to chase to receive information on the status of my order.
However, the product did eventually arrive and I am happy with it.
Eventually your time will come 🤦🏽♂️
After placing my order at the start of Feb for a 14" Macbook Pro SG, Based Model, 512gb I received it initially in Mid Jan (~ 6 Weeks, but less than 30 Working Days). I, like many customers, contacted them for updates maybe after 3 weeks had passed initially and when 30 days had passed - this isn't typical behaviour of mine, more so because of the unusually advanced payment in contrast to other regular businesses online which take payment upon dispatch.
Initially, I received, the same response twice on the third time I requested a proper response, it was around this time I decided to check Trustpilot, again not something I have ever done before. I was then told that the waiting period was, 30 working days, so I waited for that date to arrive.
To my surprise, one day after sending them another email to which I received another copywritten email and responded angrily, I received a text message and dispatch alert that evening and the device arrived the next day - this was probably the 25th working day or so, incl. the many holiday days too.
Unfortunately, this device contained a manufacturer's (cosmetic) defect, which I understood was not their fault.
After emailing to ask how long a replacement might take, I was passed to their sister company's servicing department to request a repair - a mistake on their agent's part as it wasn't a fault, but a defect.
After several emails back and forth, between myself, the sister company and theEduStore, eventually, an agent from the sister company was able to help me with this and I returned the defective item and had to wait another 2/3 weeks after sending it back to receive another when they finally arrived back in stock briefly.
It seems that the customer service team aren't particularly attentive, as they are quick to send a pre-written email without properly reading emails customer send them.
While I am glad that someone was able to eventually assist me, a few points the company could implement are to train agents to read emails more attentively - this saves time and energy for both the customer and the agent; another is to be upfront about lead times on the website.
Change the '...expected to be shipped within 30 days' waffle, and explain the long lead times on the onset and why they are occurring.
Customers can be impatient, myself included, but more importantly, we're nervous as payment is taken in full from the order date, which in this case can be months in advance. It doesn't help then to send the same bog-standard email to try and placate us.
And finally, manufacturer's defects should be anticipated by all companies, and I believe even though it is rare, one way to avoid another long wait for customers is to earmark some stock to tackle this possibility should it arise.
All in all, if you're a customer reading these reviews for the nth time like I had, have some more patience you're item should eventually arrive! Of course, it is up to you to decide whether the savings or the long wait is more important to you. TheEduStore probably does know that the customers have received too good a deal to go elsewhere but wait, but from the recent price change that's probably changed.
The long wait probably isn't theEduStore is at fault at all and instead has led to them gaining very poor press on Trustpilot, but if theEduStore tackled customers' concerns by providing better responses to them it would help ease the situation.
I chose to award 3 stars, as my order was initially fulfilled within 30 days, but after encountering a problem and the abysmal customer service team, someone managed to resolve the situation in the end.
Sorry for the overly long review, but that's just my two cents on the situation, written on my brand new Macbook Pro!
Hopefully, this might provide better insight for other similarly placed customers scrawling Trustpilot to ease their nerves.
And hopefully, theEduStore reads this and implements some changes.
R M :)
Never again
Awful service, avoid.
TheEduStore used to be great, little known site to get Apple stuff cheap, I previously had over 4 orders with them previous, all went incredibly well with fast shipping.
Then on January 8th I made the mistake of ordering a base model 14” M1 Pro MacBook Pro with them, cut to a month later and they’ve taken my money and I have nothing to show for it and I’m in the tedious experience of having them cancel my order and refund the £1500+ I paid for my laptop they can’t provide. Terrible experience for so much money being spent, disgusting and predatory.
Would recommend!
Arrived within the 30 working days that were stated and can't complain about the long delivery with almost £300 discount

Ordered a MacBook and it arrived within the 30 days as stated on the website. Great price too
Great service and great price
Great service and great price. I was recommended to use this site by a friend and I’m really glad I did. Would definitely use again.
Got my delivery within the 30 days…
Got my delivery within the 30 days advertised and at a cheaper price to apple.
VERY long wait
8th November I ordered my ipad air and it didnt arrive until 25th Jan.
There was no communication letting me know of the delay and I only got any communication after chasing the rep for our University
Not impressed, sorry guys I know there is a world shortage, but your website has no phone contact so I could at least ask for an update
SCAM - AVOID
Update - 11 working days after cancelling, I still haven’t got my refund. I’ll be making a Section 75 claim on my credit card.
Almost all of the “positive” reviews here look extremely dubious, as another reviewer mentioned, and are almost certainly fake - not exactly the sign of a trustworthy company.
Two months after ordering and they took my money, there’s still no sign of my MacBook, no communication, and the website still offers “30 day delivery”.
I’ve cancelled the order, and it will apparently take 7-10 days to get my money back. Let’s see if this actually happens… I’m glad I paid on credit card, hopefully I won’t need to claim on it.

Took a while to come but I knew this when ordering. Everything turned out perfect, it was in new mint condition and it was such a good price!
Really good service
The website is clear, the discount is really significant and the delivery and delivery notifications were fantastic - thank you
Taking Money for Orders they cannot fulfil
This company is misleading buyers by publishing expected delivery times that it cannot achieve. I ordered a MacBook Pro on 30th November 2021. Expected delivery time was (and still is) published as within 30 days. After 30 days I contacted them and they said it means 30 working days . After 30 working days (50 days) and still no update I contacted them again. They now say eta is within 56 working days. Ive asked for a refund and will go to Apple directly
