Item as described. Great saving. Packaged very well and really happy with it. Delivery took a little longer than expected but I did get updates from Furdeco to inform some delays due to high demand.

Was unsure about ordering from this company I hadn’t heard of them before and price was too good to be true and you know what people say about that, but I shouldn’t have been as TV arrived promptly and in perfect condition so I will definitely use them again and 100% recommend them

Great value, quick delivery, good communications - would definitely use again.

Beware of this Company when buying mobile phones.
Phones are stated as being brand new with a full Samsung Warranty.
When checked with Samsung the phones are non A standard phones refurbished with no Samsung warranty.
They also will not honour any replacement even when the issue is down to manufacturing defects/design..
They keep asking more and more questions and asking for evidance over and over but still wont repair or replace even when the phone is in prestige condition and less then 12 months old.
You are better off paying slightly more from a guaranteed genuine company who will deal with their customers correctly and fairly instead of forcing cudtomers to go down the trading standard route.

I purchased a monitor that was advertised as ex-display. Unfortunately, when it arrived it had a clear fault, with a green line running across the screen.

This meant I then had to repackage the item, arrange a return, and wait for a refund, which was inconvenient. It was disappointing that the fault wasn’t identified before the item was dispatched, as it would have saved time for both sides.

While the ordering process itself was straightforward, I would have expected ex-display items to be checked before being sent out.

Bought a Samsung OLED tv from The Electronics Warehouse after searching around for a while. I was initially sceptical as the price was so much better than elsewhere but I placed the order and the tv arrived within a few days, completely perfect. Great service received and will definitely be buying from here in future.

Very good price. Speedy delivery. Only grouse was that sound bar came with European plugs. To be fair, I didn’t complain and when I did mention it, they said they would have sent replacement plugs

Some how these mogadons managed to give dpd an out of use number i had last used 16 months that had been sent a 4 digit pin so the driver could get from me on accepting delivery i said not had it mate then realised its my old number.After checking it wasnt in email either the driver went away with phone.Tried contacting these lovely folks who had taken my 400 quid but unless you know the ransom code you aint getting your item.My current phone is smashed so how the hell could i have got it anyway.Between the two clown companies ive wasted 6 hours of my day and if it arrives tommorow again i probably wont have a code to my in use number due to its functionality ie broke screen.To also add they never answer the number on there website either.Avoid go somewhere else save your sanity dont waste your energy on these.My dads in a mortuary i have a broken phone and i pay 400 quid to get a new one i cant have to sort out his funeral..No respect no compassion total disrespectful fools..
