We've ordered from The Embroidery Barn a couple of times for our company merch. Very happy with the embroidery and print results on our hoodies, shirts, backpacks, etc. The print and embroidery quality is top notch, and the garment quality is also great (we opted for Stanley/Stella). We're also impressed with the quick turnaround time for our orders - we'll be coming back!

Products are such high quality, with logos better than I ever imagined they could be, and they are a delight to work with! Already got my second order in :)

We ordered some blank Stanley Stella garments from TEB that we were unable to source elsewhere. Rosie was most helpful in securing stock direct from Stanley Stella and we received it in a timely fashion.

Will definitely use TEB again!

The T-shirts were great quality and the embroidery was fantastic but the best thing is the customer service. Great experience all around - will definitely use again.

The overall quality of the garments are brilliant and the stitching I had done on the jumpers, t shirts and hats are very neat which will last me a long time :)

Super lovely staff here - love buying from them, wait times are no longer than regular printing services (so i've found) and embroidery lasts long. One time they got an order a little 'wrong' and sent me another garment free of charge.

We recently used The Embroidery Barn for some trade embroidery work and the service, quality and turnaround time was second to none. Will definitely be using this company again. Rosie was extremely helpful and very communicative throughout the process.

Awful experience using this company.

I ordered samples of a t-shirt, sweatshirt and a hoodie all to have embroidery located in the centre of each garment. All 3 were out of centre, the t-shirt by about 5mm, sweatshirt by 10mm and the hoodie was over 10mm out of centre. However, this was not the only issue.

The embroidery of my brand logo on the t-shirt was shocking. different thicknesses, not straight lines, just a mess. After I complained I was told it probably would of been better to have it printed, which would of been nice for the experts to tell me before hand!

The embroidery on the sweatshirt which consisted of two words had none of the letters in a straight line so it almost curved at both ends like a banana!

The embroidered on the hoodie was fine but like I've said it was completely out of centre and has material gathered between the top of the embroidery and neckline!

I've sent many emails to the owner Rosie who only wants to shift the blame away by using their terms and conditions, which states 'The location of the designs are for general guidance only. All designs are positioned onto the garments by hand in what we deem to be the most appropriate place within the chosen garment position.' I find this a strange statement as surely when a customer required a design to be located in the centre of garment the location is extremely important!

Rosie must of been happy with the standard of the abysmal work they carried out on the t-shirt and sweatshirt, however was willing to do the hoodie again, even though all 3 had the same issue. I asked for a refund instead due to them never being able to guarantee the embroidery would be located where I want it to be. I have received no further communication from them.

I paid good money for the samples to be made and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I got scammed!

Their customer service and willingness to resolve this issue have been shocking and they have probably been the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Your machines maybe top of the range but it doesn't take away from the fact the end product they produced is terrible.

I mentioned the difference in the quality of the samples to what was produced and Rosie's excuse was the fabric used was different. The samples were fine but nothing like the end product.

Your terms and conditions protect you so you can use it as an excuse for poor work, just because you have terms and conditions it doesn't make them right. Like having to use them because you cant find the centre of a garment.

I had to wait ages for emails and chase up previous emails, always getting excuses that you're busy. Even my last email hasn't had a response which was sent over 48hrs ago!

I've asked Rosie for a refund which I haven't received a reply from.

Like I said, terrible customer service, complete shambles!
