I wanted a childhood poem embroidered to frame, and The Embroidery Barn have been outstanding from start to finish. Their communication has been excellent and they have done exactly as I asked. I don’t think it was something they had done very often, if at all but I was extremely pleased with the result, even though it had one spelling mistake. . . . They have been very professional and will happily rectify the error. Fantastic service! Thank you to all involved! I would definitely recommend these guys.

Good quality customisation

The team were very helpful in getting our items customised with embroidery in a short time however there were a few miscommunications which was a bit stressful.

We asked for embroidery on the front and back multiple times and we only got embroidery on the front - by the time they realised we asked for both there was not enough time to do both which I understand but it did make things a bit trickier.

Ordered uniform in July eventually received it in October after numerous calls and emails and getting the school involved.

Either very badly run with a low competence or the communications they sent weren’t entirely honest. Neither being qualities you need in a company.

Ordered masks for our children and grandchildren who live in the USA for the second time. The first time we ordered as we specifically wanted a mask with the Union Jack on one side and the Stars and Stripes on the other. Our daughter loved them especially the quality and the fit. Apparently they do not itch so we had to put in a second order. Great customer service too. Could not be more pleased.

Fantastic service, lovely items for my daughter, highly recommend!

I ordered four T-shirts for to show our business logo at events and markets. The Embroidery Barn were very helpful with providing advice regarding choice of fabric and sizing and helped us through the whole process.
When the T-shirts arrived, we were really pleased with them and the sizing was excellent. The printing was of a high standard and the fabric was great quality.
Their after sales service was also very good.

We will definitely shop with them again!

I had to get some embroidery done quickly and no one in my local area was prepared to do it because the order was too small .I googled on-line embroiders and found Embroidery Barn ..called them and with no hesitation they would do the work no matter how small the order .Turn around was very quick within a few days .I would recommend these people because of their efficiency and helpfulness to the customer and the quality of their work
