Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. London same day delivery - perfect if you want them left in a reception for the weekend because they were delivered at 5.20 on Friday!!

Disgraceful.

Disgraceful. By far the worst experience I ever had from a customer service experience. Made the order on Friday for Sunday delivery specifying that I wanted an early morning delivery. On Sunday at 12 I call asking for an update only to be told that it’d be delivered between 2-3. The lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude, didn’t apologise and told me that it’s my fault as I should have paid more money for a priority delivery (which doesn’t exist because the other option is a same day delivery which I didn’t need). Was trying to express my frustration but she literally put the phone down while I was talking. I can’t believe that these people are still there and have a business. My only regret is that I didn’t check the reviews before.

Paid extra for fast delivery and received nothing

Paid extra for fast delivery, “next day if ordered before 4pm”… it’s been four days! On email the person seemed to have an attitude and overall not a good experience, especially for such expensive flowers! Was really hoping to surprise my mum but thanks guys! 1/5 for me as I’ve not received a product!

Awful experience

I had a very frustrating experience with this flower delivery service. I ordered a bouquet for my sister, but it never arrived, and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to find out what happened. Eventually, I was informed that the flowers had been left in front of the building without any effort to contact us or ring the doorbell. To make matters worse, when I tried to follow up, my calls were abruptly ended, and my emails went unanswered.

The arrangement I received was completely different from the pictures on their website, and there was no attempt made to address my concerns. I highly recommend looking for a more professional and reliable flower company, as my experience with this one was incredibly disappointing.

DO NOT buy flowers from here!!!!

DO NOT buy flowers from here!!!!! They claim to deliver same day by 5pm as a big banner on the website BUT actually it’s Monday-Friday only before 2pm AND only in very select locations - still take your money though

Was hoping to speak to a Florist

I telephoned in the hope of speaking to a florist to discuss what I could send as flower choice is important to me and the person seemed in a terrible hurry, did not want to help and asked if I couldn't do it on line. I had deliberately chosen a web site that looked like a florist as opposed to a churn it out delivery service but I was obviously wrong

sadly i have to give 1 star. Do not buy from them - you wont get what you paid for!!!

sadly i have to give 1 star.
Initially no issue, paid a ridiculous £20 for same day on an £80 bouquet delivery, when i called i spoke to someone who informed me it would be delivered at 6pm, my wife sadly would have left her office so we agreed it would be sent the next day instead.
I asked for a refund on the £20 next day delivery (if i didn't ask it wouldn't have been brought up or refunded)

They said they would refund it right now.
Next day i emailed them with my order number just respectfully reminding them re the refund. Then i got it, i am glad i reminded them!

Flowers arrived to my wife - totally different to the ones i paid for - i would have chosen another style if i knew.
I emailed them to let them know there had been a mistake - they have replied 16 hours later with the following:
"Hi Lee,

We dont believe you have been very happy with this whole process so we thought we might have a complaint for something. "

What?? are they serious - i hadn't even complained!!!
i changed delivery, reminded nicely about a refund, and that was it.

They also stated:
"changes to flowers used are suggested in our T's and C's"

OK! so now i have to check terms and conditions when ordering a luxury bouquet of flowers?

There are so many great florists out there - i spend around £200 a week on them for my mother and wife, i wanted to try a new company as they looked lovely, i will not be using them again - i never write reviews... but the opening line of their email has upset me, who does she think she is!

It sounds like a 10 year old has replied, basically saying "na na na na na"

AWFUL SERVICE

AWFUL SERVICE.

They sent the flowers to the billing address and not the shipping address. Apparently this "happens to lots of customers" yet they don't pick up on the issue!!! Do not use these people!!

Avoid at all cost - not to be trusted

Wish I had read reviews of this company before placing order. This company cancelled my order, accused me of being rude by requesting :”please deliver today”. I had hoped for a same day delivery, but no. Very poor website, very poor delivery information. Very rude and arrogant customer service who do not even provide a name on emails. This organisation is well above its station and should be avoided, despite all their glossy history etc. I still await a refund.
Since my initial review I have received a refund however I have also received unwanted emails from The Flower Yard stating my reviews are false ! I think they need to spend more effort improving there customer relations, rather than persecuting disgruntled customers who had their orders cancelled by the store.

Don’t even think about it.

The only reason I gave the company 1 star is because the flowers were nice. Other than that, the company is shockingly bad. My first delivery was delivered to my home address rather than the person to whom it was intended. I thought I must have made a mistake. The flowers were nice so I thought I would try again. The website is useless, wouldn’t let me clear a choice, sent me back to the main page so I tried to place it again and so on. When I telephoned for assistance, the response was absolutely abysmal and quite frankly rude. I told them I would have to leave it and go somewhere else and was greeted with the rudest and most off hand response. Not even an effort to help. I then looked up previous reviews and found the mis-delivery had happened to another customer. Everything was blamed on someone else. THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS. DON’T USE!

I wish to goodness I had read the reviews before ordering from this awful company. Spent £80 plus extra postage for next day delivery to my sister in law for her birthday—they delivered them to me!! Then they claimed it was my mistake, and I know it wasn’t because I couldn’t find my sister in laws postcode and had to look it up on the Royal Mail website. Waste of money—avoid.

Absolutely disgraceful company

Absolutely disgraceful company, DO NOT USE!!!!
Firstly they advertise a 10% welcome discount on their site which they don't give, called to query why it's not been applied and was told they don't do it anymore despite advertising this, misrepresentation and false advertising.

I placed an order this afternoon for over £70 for my daughters birthday, they advertise as delivering all over the UK, this was only Hertfordshire so hardly a remote Scottish island, they have taken my payment and then proceeded to cancel my order this evening saying it's too short notice to deliver and recommending me to use a local florist!! They delivered this news when it was too late to find an alternative and so completely ruined the birthday gesture.
The poor girl I spoke to on the phone couldn't apologise enough and in spite of going to speak to the owner to ask her to honour what they're advertising, she agreed with me that the service was completely awful. I felt so sorry for her and it's very clear that the owner if this business is greedy & a very unpleasant individual. I still haven't received my refund!! I will be reporting this business to the Trading Standards Authority. It's very clear by the dreadful reviews on here that this behaviour is "normal" for this company. They need boycotting and shutting down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!

Be careful when ordering

Don’t expect them to deliver on time or be able to contact them by phone.

But flowers were not bad when they arrived.

However other reviews are less positive

Rude, flowers are wilted & stink of cigarette smoke.

I've never come across a florist like this in all my lifetime. They are aggressive, unprofessional, and deceitful in what they've got on the website versus what the recipient actually gets.

I say 'they' as their rude replies consist of ignoring their failure to deliver what I've paid for, none of their emails have a name on it and it's clear they just do not care.

Late Delivery

I ordered online giving the date I wanted the flowers to be delivered, they were delivered a day late. BEWARE - they will accept the order (and your money) but will not guarantee your delivery date.

Untrustworthy and absolute no customer…

Untrustworthy and absolute no customer service. Ordered an expensive bouquet to be delivered same day. Deliver was correct but completely different bunch of flowers that ordered. No explanation, no apology no excuses, just not bothered about the error or fixing it. Have to wait until the following week to speak to someone as staff employed in shop are not qualified to handle complaints, or record their mistakes. Awful experience, cannot believe they are still operating in London.

This company has zero respect for…

This company has zero respect for customers and is dishonest. I ordered a bouquet of pink flowers to be delivered on a specific day, paying extra for this delivery day. Flowers were delivered 2 days later, in a cream colour (not pink) and wilted! I contact the company, also sent photo of the delivered flowers. They provided no apology, no refund, just stated the late delivery was due to another company they use for deliveries - didn't even refund me at least the delivery fee. Ignored my last email sent a week ago. Terrible. Never working with them ever again.

If I could give this minus stars I would! Ordered the flowers, they never arrived, they didn't tell me they weren't going to be delivered. When I chased this order the guy said 'these things happen, the system says the order hasn't been done and I don't know why!!!' He then said he would refund me and put the phone down!!! Unbelievable. Such bad service.
