Unfortunately I did not read the reviews as I had to order flowers for an event last minute. The flowers were ordered at 10 am two Bouquets (grand) costing £100 each. Only one bouquet was delivered an... See more

Awful service
My order did not arrive on the scheduled day despite me paying an excess charge to ensure that it did.
No explanation or details were provided by The Flower Yard on the day as to why this had happened despite them having both mine and the recipients contact details.
I had to ask for a refund twice before it was issued, both times by phoning as my emails were left unanswered.
The Flower Yard's representative on the phone laughed when explaining how the delivery driver had not delivered the order. She seemed to find it amusing that they had let their customer down.
The Flower Yard has provided the worst service I have encountered when ordering anything online. If you need a reliable service to deliver flowers for a special occasion I'd advise you take your business elsewhere.
Big mistake
Big mistake - should have read the reviews. But needed a florist that would deliver on a Sunday. Received email confirmation of my order but they did not confirm that it would be delivered on Sunday, so I emailed them. They very quickly emailed me back and confirmed, that yes the delivery would be on Sunday (today 24th Feb).
At 3pm, the flowers had not arrived. I called the office and the lady who answered was very confused and could not confirm my order even though I told her the order no. and email confirmation. So, she said she would call me back. I had not heard from her an hour later so I called again. I was told that "we are looking into this. Me and my boss are trying to find out what is happening".
30 minutes later, she called me back to advise that "DPD has the order and on their website, it is out for delivery today". When I asked what time can we expect the delivery, she replied "oh, I didn't ask that question"!!
UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Alarm bells rang when I got an email with the incorrect name on it (recipients name rather than mine).
Flowers not delivered.
They don’t answer the phone or email and don’t even bother with trying to contact them through social media.
I will NEVER use this company again. No idea why I decided to change from my trusted florist.
A last minute Sunday purchase
I needed a last minute Sunday flower delivery. It was my first order with The Flower Yard but I could only recommend the company. The flowers were promptly delivered, the bouquet corresponded to the image on the website, my telephone enquiry was handled courteously, confirmation of my order by email was immediate and unlike other florists, The Flower Yard actually informed me by email when the flowers were on the way to the recipient. Very happy, thank you!!
Rogue company sending sub standard flowers
I ordered blue and white flower bouquet costing £74.50 deluxe size to be delivered for family's new baby boy but what was delivered was mainly leaves with very few white flowers and bouquet size less than standard size, I learnt this by chance as the receiver sent a photo.
I emailed The Flower Yard few times for an explanation and received no response. Embarrassed to have sent a bunch of leaves and I wouldn't have even known this if it was not for the photo!

The company and the owner are thieves and liers, I emailed them again after their deceiving reply below and have received no reply! This company should be shut down and the owner should be in prison. I sent emails below regarding the complaint above to the exact company email address I copied the review to in Trustpilot, but Trustpilot review got a immediate respond while my emails didn't get a respond. I have now forwarded that email to the email address on the response below which originally included photos, there's no lightening issues, the flowers are completely different from color, size and quality to what was advertised on the webiste and there's hardly any flowers in the bouquet even the leaves are different from what's advertised.
