I chose this florist as I am trying to support local business more.This business does nothing to help small shops at all. Completely misleading photo and description of flowers. You do not get what you order. I ordered citrus burst which should have been yellow roses and orange tulips. Description does state the orange tulips may be replaced, but to come with no roses and just 14 yellow tulips and green filler for £50 it’s plainly a rip off scheme. On reading reviews on here it’s obvious they don’t care about the customer at all. I will be going back to M&S or Waitrose from now on.

Not What Ordered! You're very unlikely to get what you actually ordered. They'll throw anything they think appropriate together and blame covid shortages. Why advertise items you don't have in stock, or can get close to? Insanely aggressive and rude service in follow-up. Don't. Just don't.

Absolutely shocking!! I ordered flowers from here which were for next day delivery. They charged me £6.95 for next day delivery and then the flowers never arrived at all. No response to any emails or updates in terms of delays. Do not order from here!!!

Wish I had listened to the reviews as flowers never arrived. They have one job and based on the reviews they regularly can’t get the flowers there. Avoid disappointment and go elsewhere.

I have placed an order at 1:30pm (they have accepted my order as an exception case I have missed the deadline), I have chosen the flower where I thought it looks nice and really liked the photo on the website.
However, flower was completely different design and used different greenery too. Design and look was really basic and I am not happy with my order otherwise if I knew it would be different to the website then I won’t order it.

Definitely won’t go back with them in the future and I would suggest confirm with the shop as they will delivery the same design and flower.

What a shocker. 60 odd quid for what they call “orange and fiery” and my best friend receives a few roses and some purple sprouts and loads of green leaves. I mean, green was the overall colour and NOT AT ALL what was shown on the website for the order placed. Avoid at all costs,, even though Google takes you to their website. Rip off. Could have got a better bunch from M and S. Never again. One star is actually too much. Furious that people are being ripped off like this. CRAPYARD comes more to mind.

Avoid, Ordered their 'pretty and delicate classic' Flowers at 60 pounds. Half the size and CLEARLY not the same as the picture MISLEADING advertising. Tried phoning but no reply. On reading their reviews I see I haven't been the first person to be ripped off. Do yourself a favour and stick to a reputable florist when orfering flowers.

Ordered Flowers from them for mothers day. The flowers never arrived until late night.
I only discovered them the next day in the morning, knocked over on the front door.
When asking the customer service, they maintained that they delivered the flowers still that evening, which I seriously doubt.
I do not recommend ordering from this company.

so disappointed. Aside from offering “guaranteed before 12pm” delivery and still managing to deliver at 4.30pm, the bouquet is offensively smaller than the image shown (in which the ‘classic’ size is even described as the same size as the image!) the flowers were not fresh and honestly, for £70, I feel completely taken for a ride. I wish I read the reviews on this florist first. A dampener on my partners first Mother’s Day.

I ordered a deluxe bouquet to be delivered. When it arrived the next day, my wife was initially impressed. However, as she started to prepare the flowers to go into a suitable vase, she noted that some of the roses not as fresh as one would expect (a few outer petals already turning brown). In addition, despite the instructions stating to add flower food to the water, there was no food provided. My wife phone The Flower Yard and was informed that the food was no longer supplied and she needed to change the water daily. This was done, but between days 3 & 5 all the flowers had wilted and died. I wrote an email, to voice my dis-satisfaction, but instead of a reply or offer of replacement, i received a customer satisfaction survey. I would expect flowers to last a minimum of 7 days and even cheap flowers from supermarket chains normally offer a guarantee of at least 7 day. They also are also supplied with flower food. Safe to say, I will not use this company again. Their flowers are not fresh and therefore do not last, they provide no food and customer service appears non-existent.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! This is not a well run business. I ordered an £80 bouquet for my Girlfriend. The wrong bouquet turned up. When I called to complain I got the old “send an email” and “it’s in out T&Cs to send any bunch we like if they’re not in stock or out of season”. Just don’t risk it they’re cowboys.

I ordered for a Pre-12pm delivery with five days notice. Only found out after 12pm when I rang them that that wouldn’t be fulfilled and shouldn’t have been sold. I was kindly given a refund for the “Pre-12pm” delivery cost (£4) But told it would at least arrive on the day..... which turned out to be 5.40pm and the day was pretty much over. I’m afraid the quality was much much less than what I expected for a £50 bouquet. Unfortunately, while you were pleasant on the phone, I am not happy to be using you guys again.

Lovely flowers - but poor service. Ordered on their site as promised same day delivery- actually delivered next day at 10.20 pm - after the family had gone to bed. Only good fortune the 2 young children were not woken up! No explanation offered - wouldn’t use them again.

Flowers were delivered on the day requested...at 9.10pm

Bouquet was small and several flowers were already wilted.

Bought some flowers for my wife's birthday. There was a small customer service mix-up, which was very promptly dealt with. They went above and beyond to make it right. And much more importantly my wife loved the flowers!

Struggle to give them even 1 star. Flowers came and was dead within a few days!!! Poor quality and terrible service, no response to emails and phone calls....avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Ordered a bouquet on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. But the delivery called me at 8pm on Friday to say no one at the Hair Salon. Of course it is after business hours! The flower Yard cannot deliver the flowers during the regular hours - between 9 am and 5pm. Rubbish services.

I ordered a bouquet and matching button hole flower for my wedding.
With all the changes in London with COVID I had moved hotel - so needed to amend my address, horrendous customer service didn't even know my order, when I had paid.

The flowers that turn up on the day were vile, they had the cheek to send me my flowers with dead leaves.

Horrendous service. Flowers didn't arrive at all and then when I investigated about this company it turns out they are a sham company with no shop, no phone line and the person who picked up the phone to me said "the van hasn't arrived" and hung up. They took our money and then didn't deliver. Avoid at all costs. It's a scam
