My garden den project was outstanding from start to finish. Yes, I had to wait six months for it to be delivered - but the finished result is well worth the wait. At all stages of the process (showroom visit, survey, groundwork, build, electrical) the staff were excellent. And having the same person available as a personal contact, all the way the project, is perfect.

Green Retreats were amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout the process, especially from our project manager Rachel. We are delighted with our new Garden Room and thank you to Green Retreats for making the process so seamless.

Green Retreats made our ideas a reality approaching the project in a professional, friendly and reassuring way from the first moment to the last. The showroom is a huge asset - a visit is a must. It makes visualising what can be done and creating that vision much easier. It also means you know exactly what you're going to get - no surprises or disappointments. The software for creating and pricing your room is very quick and easy to use, so you can play around with different ideas at the touch of a button. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly - and if they didn't have an immediate answer, they would double check and come back to us; nobody pretended to know what they didn't and everyone took great care to be accurate. All the teams involved with the build were a pleasure to have on site, continuing the friendly and professional ethos. Snagging was dealt with quickly and efficiently with absolutely no quibbles. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend GR to anyone.

However, I have taken the time to say how impressed we were by 'Green Retreats' in providing us with an exceptional quality garden room. From the design to the finished product the team were totally committed to provide us with exactly what we were looking for.
The work team who put it together were considerate, polite and clearly very skilled. the room was constructed very well and on time.

Really pleased with the Garden Office provided. I went for a large office. Build quality is excellent. Service by both the sales/office staff and by the onsite build teams were superb. Onsite team led by Jamie (or James - I'm rubbish with names) were fantastic, considerate and professional.

Can't fault anything with the company. Incredibly professional honest service, and tremendous build quality.

We've been really happy with our TGO4: not just the finished product, but the way everything was organised throughout. Everyone turned up as scheduled (despite covid etc) and each team thought carefully about their job, making proactive suggestions on the finer details. I've honestly never had a building project go this smoothly - even with the complications of lockdown.

We have just taken delivery of our garden office from Green Retreats. From the day we placed the order through to the installation the process, everything has been simple and smooth. Our experience with Green Retreats/The Garden Office was first class from start to finish. From our initial visit to the showroom through to the finished garden room, the contact and help we received was excellent. The staff who dealt with our order were friendly, helpful and professional throughout and the 4 guys who installed the room were a pleasure to have here. Our room will be a much used extension of our bungalow and garden.I have no hesitation in recommending them.
