The whole team at The Garden Office and Green Retreats are totally focused on providing a great experience - keeping you informed at each stage in the design, planning and construction process. Every member of the team ensures that you are involved and happy that what they are doing meets your expectations, explaining the options and choices you have and advising you along the way. It all works like a well oiled machine, and when you finally get to move in to the finished product- wow - a real quality job!

All the staff and the installers where absolutely lovely - the few hiccups that happened along the way were sorted out quickly and and with no fuss.The resulting space is well executed and just what we needed .

The whole team from design to build were fantastic. Communication was spot on and everything ran like clockwork. Would highly recommend if you want a high quality garden building. Thank you!

The team from Garden Retreats were fantastic, from the initial customer service, to the team fitting the office to the final visit from the electrician. We are very happy with the finished product, and can't wait to use it.

British innovation. Expertly executed! I chose The Garden Office/Green Retreats to build my Design Studio as their business ethos resonated with me, including their own solar power farm, to renewable materials, every box on my wish list was ticked. Whilst they might be one of the more expensive companies out there doing garden rooms, they are by far the best and the quality of the materials to the finished product is simply exceptional. The installation team were prompt and courteous, working meticulously over the course of 2 days to create a unique working environment for me. I can highly recommend The Garden Office/Green Retreats.

We ordered our garden studio room in November for an April installation, but due to Covid this was delayed until July.
The entire experience has been positively supported by everyone we spoke to or worked with at Green Retreats in a most professional manner
From our initial viewing on the web and then in "real life " at the showroom at Westcott ( which we would thoroughly recommend ) to the installation in our garden - all was done in a helpful and supportive way.

Communication was good, every step was as expected with no hiccups. The garden room was built efficiently by polite workers. The quality is great just as seen in their show rooms. Even with Covid there was only a small delay which was completely ok. Very glad we chose Garden Retreats, thank you.

Covid-19 got the whole project postponed for 2 months, but we eventually get it up by early July, just in time for the summer holiday for the kids.

The professional building team are very friendly, careful in all building details, and had offered quite a few useful tips and advices for follow up decorations and maintenance, etc.

The only thing that slightly surprised me is that the insulation isn't as effective as I imagined (we chose the standard fitting without upgrading the plaster board). In mid July where the daily temperature range is between 14 and 25 degrees Celsius, the room temperature drops to 16 ish in early morning (door and window are kept shut during night), and may climb up to 29 in the afternoon (door and window are open during the day). For an all year round use, you definitely need a fan in summer and enough radiators for the cold days.

The service the team provide is great. Very clear and transparent ordering process. They use a few different teams to build the rooms and everyone who came was very friendly and professional. This was particularly impressive given our room was completed during the COVID pandemic.
There were a few small snags after installation which were sorted out with no fuss. Very happy with the end product!

Fantastic service and quality end product

From the moment I walked into the showroom I got a good feeling about the company. The layout in the showroom was good and the people really helpful. They helped me design what I wanted on their IPads and there was no hard sell.

Once we agreed what I wanted we were already to go then Lockdown happened. I was kept up to date with the situation from then on and in May it was agreed that work could start. Things were done in 3 stages, the base which took a day, then the construction which was 2.5 days finally the electricians which was another day. All 3 sets of workman were firstly very polite and easy to talk to and secondly did a great job.

To be honest in a world where we all moan a lot, I cant think of anything negative to say (typing this from my new garden office!).

I can't rate Green Retreats highly enough. A smooth and efficient process from start to completion. Very personable team who were very helpful with any questions. The installation was slick from the base to the installation of the electrics.

This was one of the best services I have ever received. From the very beginning, everyone involved was extremely professional as well as personable and friendly. The whole installation process was unbelievably smooth and easy, with Martin and his team doing an azming job that was also very quick. Overall, the job was done to perfection and I am so thrilled with the end product and the design of everything. Could not recommend them more highly. Thank you Rebecca and the team for everything.

The service from the Garden Office team was excellent from our first visit to the showroom through to the build and completion. We are delighted with the excellent quality of our Garden Office and would highly recommend them.

My new gym is great, I feel the customer service from design through to completion (and snagging issues) couldn't have been better.

I have given 4 stars rather than 5, firstly I think it would make more sense if Green Retreat also did the ground leveling at the start of the project, there was slight confusion on my project as the platform had to be dug into a slope. Also, there was quite a few snagging issues to clear up, however, as soon as I notified the Company they acted straight away.

This was an excellent company to work with, from first enquiry, right through to completion. Communication was clear and prompt, and friendly. We felt the service was very personal and well organised. They kept to all of the dates and times for scheduled work precisely. Sales and building teams were completely professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
