This company is the worst company in the world. I ordered six products from you, you stated that the product was unable to enter this country and I've waited almost 2 months and still haven't gotten my money and also you gave me a products that had expired last year. This company is a scam!!!!!

You can find many brands at affordable prices. Delivery is by Royal mail and it comes intact.

Suspiciously inconsistent product with brand. Seal tampered with. leaking product. No response from customer services. Unsecure website without out-dated certificate. Un-professiona, alarmingly defensive and inarticulate response when concern was raised through PayPal. Extortionate delivery fees also. Avoid at all costs.

I paid a very good price for an item that would have otherwise difficult to locate. It arrived undamaged and in a timely manner.

Purchased some Avalon products on Sunday before reading reviews, after checking the websites reviews (which would put people off purchasing from this company) I can confirm that my products arrived promptly by Friday as promised. The company emailed me with regular updates regarding the progress of my order. The products ordered were authentic and just as described. I would definitely be purchasing more products from them again soon!

The Mizani products arrived and they were fake. The printing on the products is smudged, not identical to the authentic Mizani products on the website. Unfortunately I only noticed this after using the shampoo and conditioner, it damaged my hair. When I approached the seller regarding a refund for the un-opened product she was very rude and I’m still waiting for my refund weeks later.

I ordered an American product from them in January 2018. It was a caramel hair treatment with all natural ingredients and a shampoo with all natural ingredients. I received the products, one had an expiration date of March 2017 and the other one stunk as if it had also gone off but didn't have an expiration date. These products contained things like milk and they were clearly out of date. I emailed the company and at the time of writing this review in March 2018, they still haven't responded.

Received goods after 1 week. However one item was expired. Emailed the Glamour shop and attached images twice upon their request asking for a replacement item with no success. They are not reachable by phone either. Bad experience so won’t be using them again.

My products arrived damaged and broken with spillage of hair shampoo everywhere. E mailed the glamour shop several times with pictures but no luck. My e mails were never acknowledged nor replied to. Really bad service which is sad really as I had bought from them before and did not have any complaints

I should have certainly reviewed this company before buying from them. They claim to have sent me an item that I have still not received and for which I would have miraculously signed for while at work. The signature presented is not mine and they hang on to the fact that my name was written on the proof of delivery, which anyone could do given that my name is on the order.
