The Glamour Shop Deserves 5 stars
I live in France and I greatly appreciated the quick & safe delivery with Affirm's products very well packed and protected.
So I do recommend this company even though they do not sell Affirm's Conditioning Permanent Creme Hair Color.

My recent purchase from the Glamour Shop delivered everything a shopper wants from an online transaction.
My product was exactly as described, well-packaged and speedily-delivered.
With this in mind, I would recommend them to anybody looking to purchase health and beauty products that are difficult to find and/ or more expensive elsewhere without any inconvenience.

Excellent customer service
I order from The Glamour Shop on a regular basis and have never had any problems with any thing until my last order which arrived damaged. I contacted the Customer Services Department via e-mail , they replied within 1 hour with an option of solutions , I replied I would like the items replaced , this was met with a no problem , and within the hour I received an e-mail to say the order had been dispatched. Excellent customer service and why I shall continue to order from them.

I received half of my order from this 'company' and I use the word loosely.
Looking at other accounts I have been lucky to receive half the order. I purchased my items via the website and used PayPal. My order was not fulfilled and followed up requesting the remaining part of my order, but to not avail. I then went into dispute via PayPal. I was then finally contacted by Theglamourshop and was informed that my item was in stock and how many items did I require, I informed them of the number and have not received the item, which I purchased months ago. I have sent 50+ emails without response, complained to PayPal who did respond, but could not help as I was out of the dispute period. I have looked into this 'company' their landline number is dead and they are not at the address they state as their premises. In addition I have posted poor reviews and they are deleted or treated as spam. Do not use this site, as others have stated I wish I had checked Trustpilot in the first instance.

It was my first time ordering from Glamour shop, I received my order on time in a well package box. I didn't know what to expect, but I have to say I was not disappointed and I will definitely recommend Glamour shop to family and friends.

I placed an order and then tried to cancel after I read several poor reviews. Was unable to cancel as order already on its way. The order arrived in good condition and I have nothing at all to complAin about. I can safely say my worries were unfounded and my concerns were treated with politeness and understanding.
