I have ordered several items from this company all delivered promptly with no issues. I recently bought some shoes and when they arrived I was unhappy with the fit. The return was processed promptly and an immediate refund was processed. Excellent service. I would have no hesitation ordering again.

Would highly recommend this company very professional. Most companies are great when you’re buying something but when you need to return something they offered let their selves down. Not this company seamless experience 10/10 all the way

First time I've used this site having never heard of it before. Was only looking for some golf socks and found they were the cheapest for the FJ ones I wanted. Ended up buying a couple of things. Ordered late Wednesday night and delivered Saturday afternoon. Top service and would use again.

Terrible service
I ordered an expensive Christmas gift only for DX Express - your delivery company - to tell me they've tried to deliver twice when they haven't. I was in both times and have cameras, they never came. I've emailed you and sent a direct message on Instagram and no response. Please can someone track down my order and use a proper delivery company to get it to me asap. I'm now very concerned it won't arrive before Christmas.

Purchased my kids golf set through them. We had issues with the quality of golf bag (twice). This was manufacturing issue and they immediately replaced the bag first time round. The second time it happened they offered to upgrade the bag for us to prevent a repeat. More recently my boy lost a club from the set. They were able to replace it for way less than I ever expected.

Their Customer Service is seriously impressive; incredibly quick responses, proactive, customer focussed. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I placed an order online but ordered the wrong colour by mistake. I emailed my mistake and followed up with a phone call. By the time I spoke to customer service the mistake had already been corrected. Excellent service, helpful, friendly and very efficient!

I bought what was advertised and sold as powakaddy winter wheels last year. My club now tell me (and powakaddy agree) they are not winter wheels. The Golf Shop Online say I should sell them on eBay and won’t accepted back despite misselling them to me. £90 wheels !

The response say it was advertised as winter at the time - they absolutely were. I didn’t need wheels for the main season I already had them. Other sites also advertise them as winter wheels despite powakaddy being very clear (I asked them specifically) that they are not and that I had been missold.

The golf shop online is my go to golf shop as I always get great prices and excellent service.

I honestly can’t recommend The Golf Shop Online enough. I’d always used American Golf before, but I stumbled across this company and thought I’d give them a go. Within a couple of weeks I’d already bought a Ping DLX bag, new golf shoes, waterproofs, and a few accessories — and I’ve been seriously impressed.

What really stood out was the customer service. On my very first round with the new Ping bag, I took the rain cover off and one of the studs came away. It was a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to get in touch, but as soon as I did they were straight on it. By 2pm the next day (Tuesday!) I had a brand-new replacement bag delivered to my door. Honestly, that kind of service is hard to find.

Prices are competitive, delivery is quick, and the whole process has been easy from start to finish. From now on, The Golf Shop Online will be my go-to for everything golf. Fantastic company, fantastic service.

Really great service and when I enquired about a scorecard holder they replied back within 24hours and were very helpful.

I needed a replacement Garmin distance measuring device and, shopping online, I mistakenly ordered a clip on version rather than a watch which was what I wanted. My email received a quick and friendly response and the return and replacement of the item happened extremely quickly.

Bought a golf trolley via golf shop online and decided to use Amazon Pay as the payment method. The payment got caught up at Amazon Pay who were very little help pointing me first to my credit card company then golf shop online. The customer service team (I spoke to three people -Julia, Lauren and Dan - hope I remembered your names correctly!) at golf shop online were brilliant sorting it all out quickly and easily even getting the order processed in time for next delivery and sure enough it arrived at 8.30 am the next day. Can't recommend you high enough, thank you and well done !

Purchased a putter in August. On arrival it was evident I had ordered the wrong length, was sent a DPD return label within 10 minutes of contacting Julia on the chat, product was back with them the following day and the replacement landed with me the day after. I have to say the end to end process was very straightforward. Credit to the team at GSO for their efficiency, great people to deal with and would highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.
