Penny the audiologist was very helpful and prefessional. She saw us as a couple, one of us needed ear wax removed, the other did not and only had to pay the consultation fee. We think it is sensible to get your ears checked once a year.

Penny is very kind and sweet, she did irrigation and micro suction for my ear to remove my earwax, if I need anything and she did it very well and she was very calm with me, so I wasn’t stressing as much when she had done it for me. Visited the Chelmsford centre on Monday 19th August with very limited hearing due to a wax build up. After a quick examination the specialist removed the wax quickly and painlessly and restored my hearing. Very professional service, friendly staff, would highly recommend.
