I visited the Hearing Hub today for the first time. I've been wearing a hearing aid for nearly 50 years and having wax removed regularly too. Today was the best experience I've ever had. Laura was kind and patient and obviously very well qualified. Thank you so much. I'm recommending your service to all my friends.

Fantastic service. Got an appointment within 2 hours on the same day. Was diagnosed and treated and the relief was immediate. Given very good advice too. Would definitely go again and recommend.

Brillant earwax removal service. Very easy to book. Quick, friendly and very patient. Explained every step in detail. Very happy with result. Would highly recommended.

Waste of money and time, staff seem miserable and unprofessional atmosphere. Not able to help with any inner ear issues or push any referrals for ENT. Still have to pay a fee of 20 pounds for no service.

Great service from Navjith. In addition to unblocking ears (pain free), completed the service by showing ear canal and drum via camera. 10/10.

I've struggled with blocked ear problems occasionally over the years, but a recent 7 week stint of big hearing loss, despite several packs of Otex, convinced me to try suction. Wow. The procedure was smooth, painless and professionally performed, and the result has massively improved my quality of life. The Hearing Hub offered me a free return visit to clean my other ear after the inspection showed it was too dry initially. A week hence, with some olive oil to soften on my part, and gargantuan horrors were removed from what, I thought, was my good ear! Wow. My head feels clear and everything sounds pin sharp. Overall a fantastic value procedure from Hearing Hub, 5*

I have today had both my ears thoroughly cleaned (they badly needed it!) by Neethu at the Ilford practice.
It was an outstanding experience with Neethu explaining everything as we went through the process.
I cannot praise Neethu enough.

My hearing was previously damaged (not I hasten to add by the Hearing Hub) by being micro- suctioned ( the noise was absolutely AWFUL) so this time I looked for someone who could use water irrigation to remove the wax. Not a lot of places do anymore. I was VERY nervous due to the harm already done to my ears but the gentleman ptactitioner at Slough was very understanding, very patient & very kind. The wax was removed with no impact on my already damaged hearing. So thank you very, very much. I shall certainly be returning

Nibin was very helpful and professional. Really fast and painless service, was able to hear again much better after. Really recommend.

We visited Hearing Hub Brentwood and were seen by Nibin ….. my 93 year old mother’s ears were blocked….. Nibin was very professional, helpful and kind and quickly put myself and my mother at ease…. her ears were soon clear and Nibin checked her hearing aids and gave us advice as to what needed to be done…. nice clean surgery room too …. thank you

I recently had 2 appointments at the Billericay site. My initial appointment with Tetiana revealed that I had impacted ear wax in both ears. She spent considerable time and effort to remove the wax, but unfortunately my narrow ear canals were having none of it! I returned 10 days later after applying olive oil drops to soften the wax, as recommended. This time I saw Laura who was thankfully, able to remove the offending wax. Both ladies were extremely patient, professional and did everything to put me at ease. They both used micro suction and irrigation to deal with my issue. I have never had a problem like this before, I’m 66 now....so haven’t done too bad I guess? My GP didn’t have a clue to be frank and had given me some drops, which would have done very little in my circumstances. He told me any wax would just drop out by itself......Luckily I had the foresight to go to the experts......and I would recommend The Hearing Hub to anyone with similar problems. I paid only once for the 2 appointments - and I am eternally grateful to both ladies who treated me ❤️

UPDATE Still a very well timed coincidence, mycright ear was nit blocked until your technician put the instrument into my ear, it was instant blockage. Btw the 2nd appointment was only FOC after I questioned it, was told I would have to pay at first. Anyway all I am interested in now is getting my balance and blocked ear sorted, I will always beleive my problems were caused by your technician, obviously you will deny this so we have to agree to disagree. Thank you for your good wishes I need them as I cannot drive or anything now until this resolves, I will not reply to anymore posts as its too tedious.
It now appears it is the crystals in my ears making my balance and dizziness occur. I understand The Hearing Hub will say it is coincidence however it appears that this condition can be a side effect from micro suction so in my opinion not a coincidence! I attended as one ear needed micro suction advised by the hearing department at my lical hospital.The technician spent a long time on the ear that did not have much wax on and the ear I needed to be micro suctioned hardly anytime at all, it seemed he put the instrument in then took it out. As soon as he did that my ear blocked and has been blocked since. I returned FOC another person showed me inside my ears, they were both inflamed and the blocked one looked 'dull' she advised olive oil. I have now tried everything from olive oil, anti biotics, steam, nasal sprays etc nothing has worked and the ear us still blocked and I am still suffering dizzy spells.
The Hearing Hub are not interested in helping me resolve this, they just send me leaflets on other ear conditions, which it could well be but it seems too much of a coincidence that ear blocks as soon as he did something. I have given the Hub chance to help me with advice etc but they do not want to which is disappointing as this is effecting my life.
The first person I saw was told I have bad hearing and he needed to speak up but he still just mumbled behind a mask, that also was not good as I could not hear him properly, the second person I saw was much more helpful and spoke up.
Just very disappointed with after treatment as I now have to pay privately to see an ENT consultant, obviously I would not go back again to The Hearing Hub.
