My experience with hearing hub was excellent will certainly recommend. Previously had ears s yringed at Specsavers but this was far superior. I was told what to expect and made to feel at ease. So nice to hear again!

Absolutely fantastic!! Thank you so much to Georgia. What a lovely girl you are. So professional and very understanding. Went in with a completely blocked ear that I’d had for 3 days. Hated the feeling of not being able to hear, but Georgia cleared it in an instant. So lovely to hear again!!! Thank you so much Georgia.

My appointment was at the stratford hearing hub I called and had a same day appointment I had a very warm welcome from a lovely lady called aneesha who I was seen by she was very helpful and highly experienced with ear wax removal I was very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands 🙌 thank you so much aneesha there’s no more pain or discomfort in my ears now and I know... now if I have concerns with my ear I will be coming back for your service again

Great service, booked on line and you can see all the appointment slots available. A bit scared of going but they put me at ease and the ear wax suction/syringing was done with professionalism and care and now I can hear a pin drop!. Thank you.

I am so happy with my experience at the hearing hub. The appointment was booked by myself for my other half to have his ears syringed, very last minute and they accommodated really well for us. We saw Georgia and she was just fantastic! She took her time and was super friendly. I would most definitely recommend coming here.

I visited the Hearing hub in the Shenfield branch to remove wax which blocked my ear for the last one week, because of that I had a constant headache and couldn’t hear anything but after the treatment hearing is back and there is no more headache. I am really pleased about the treatment. The lady who treated me is very kind and very good at her job. Same day appointment, onsite parking. Couldn’t ask for more.

I took 3 visits to shift the embedded wax in my ear, but they got it out in the end. And they only charged me for the initial visit. Top marks!

Nice friendly staff and appointments run to time.

Went to the Shenfield branch today after having a blocked ear for a week, which was very stressful and upsetting. The lady working on my ear was very reassuring, and informed me what she was doing at every step of the way, and was able to give advice when asked. Left with a clear ear, and was so happy I could have cried!

I went yesterday to see Rohullah so professional. I am not very good with anything medical and he put me at ease. I had ear wax problems for months and this really helped. Only problem is everyone is so loud now.... would recommend already told someone I know with similar issues. Thank you once again
